Awful, awful, awful.
DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING from them. Shipping took 2 monthes to get. My husbands XL "RIP" (from Yellowstone) jacket will fit my 12 yr old nephew (maybe), and it's not any thicker than carhartt tshirt. Quality is atrocious, sizing, I would say, runs 3 times small. Looks like I won't be getting any money back from other reviews either.

I ordered three items from the Vividchic Yellowstone range as I love the show and thought it would be fun. They were not expensive, but not cheap either. They finally arrived after 2 months and the quality was very poor.
You wouldn't even wear them to a dodgy dress up party.
I will put them in the charity bin tomorrow, perhaps someone will be able to use them, if not they might serve as a cleaning rag.
Don't fall for any Yellowstone clothing ads, I saw it on Facebook, they are all cheap rubbish.

Horrible company! Don’t throw your money away! The clothes are way smaller than the size they claim, the material is cheap and they sent me the wrong colors. I asked for a refund, first they told me the return postage would be too expensive and to keep and sell. They offered me a $5 credit. I argued that no one would want to have this stuff and I wanted a refund. They then offered $10 in credit. I sent them proof I ordered brown pants and they sent red and the boots where 10.5 but didn’t fit a person who wears a 9. I have emailed the. back and forth 9 times demanding a refund. Now they have stopped responding so I am out a lot of money. Don’t make the same mistake, they are a horrible business, with horrible product and awful customer service! Keep your money and save yourself the pain and suffering!

Do not order from this company. Dishonest and will not accept returns. I was ripped off $53 dollars and was told u could return the item and to just keeo them even though they didn’t fit and had no use for them. Going to contact pay pal and see what they can do.

A rip off! Would not cancel order. Stuff arrived one month later, how and where do you send it back. They won't answer me. Seems like the Better Business Bureau could do something about this or Consumer affairs.

Please don't order or support this company. They ripped me off and may rip you off just a warning. And it's really too bad...you love a TV show to no end, the characters, the actors, and all you want is to wear their stuff, show it off proudly and support something you love. I placed my order 8/10/2020 and received it 9/14/2020. I understand things take time but sorry this was still too long for me. I increased my order up to and over the $89 to receive the free suede cowboy hat. First, I didn't receive the free cowboy hat. Second, turns out 3 of the 5 clothes items I ordered are too small and will not be able to wear. Third, the material of those clothes is not labeled so have no idea how to wash them if they will shrink or not. Forth, I also did not receive one of the shirts, probably my favorite...Don't Make Me Go Beth Dutton On You Yellowstone T-shirt. I paid $18 for it. Man, I am so disappointed. What a let down. I have never been scammed like this before but now I know what it feels like and doesn't feel good. I know with the pandemic and other bad and awful things going on in the world right now things could be much worse than this, but man...I really am just so disappointed. I am, I feel robbed. I don't even have a job right now due to the Covid, so money is tight, but hey I had a birthday in between, got some birthday money and thought I would treat myself to something nice. I sure hope Vividchic is reading this too. They need to hear this and make things right. How dare they take advantage of people out of country who have no way of getting hold of a live person to complain to more and make them be responsible. I wish I had read some of other people's feedback before I placed this order because I wouldn't have taken the chance that I did. This is my experience. Take it as you will.

I wrote vividchic regarding getting a refund on my purchases which did not fit. I received a response Several days later apologizing for the slow response and someone would get back to me.
They finally responded telling me to keep the merchandise and they would give me $5 off my next purchase. The clothes did not fit so they were no good to me.
I wrote them again and Domingo responded I would have to pay the return postage which be very expensive (he never quoted a return postage price), and I should keep the merchandise and they will give me $5. Once again, I explained the merchandise was of no good to me. I have yet to hear from vividchic again and can assume that I am just out of $50+. They never even asked if I would consider exchanging the items.
Don’t buy from this establishment, I think They are lacking when it comes to returns and customer service.
I wish I had never purchased from them and will let my friends know not to either.

I ordered my wife a coat 22 days ago and they charged my credit card the same day! Most reputable sites don't charge you until the order has shipped. I also keep getting really stupid replies as to where is my order! Usually it says the popularity of the item is great....and it is taking long time please be patient!! With bad grammar so it is outside of America. BAD NEWS!
