Love my toppers
I have had a great experience. I bought two toppers and they are great! I get compliments when people realize they’re hair pieces. Would absolutely purchase again. Only wish is they have more lengths, and more color options and a front clip with more realistic parts that can be adjusted.

Multiple Time Customer
Have ordered many times. Only once did I have a bad experience but it was very cheap extensions from the 50% section where they didn’t last as long.

Hi Sonya,
Thank you so much for being a loyal customer and for taking the time to share your feedback with us! We’re truly grateful for your continued support.
We’re happy to know you’ve had positive experiences overall, and we appreciate your honest note regarding the extensions from our 50% section. Those items are indeed part of our clearance range, which may not have the same longevity as our premium collections—but your feedback helps us improve and ensure expectations are clear.
We’re so glad to have you as part of our community and look forward to providing you with the best quality hair and service for many more orders to come.

Scammers! Took $887 and disappeared.
Scammers! Took $887 and disappeared. Don’t fall for them!
Review:
I placed an order on their website for $887.98 — two hair toppers.
What I received was only one, and even that was the wrong length — shorter than what I ordered. The second topper was never sent.
I contacted them immediately. At first, they replied and apologized. But as soon as we started discussing sending me the missing item — they simply disappeared. No more replies. Complete silence.
I believe they’re hoping I’ll just give up. But I won’t. I will be filing complaints with the appropriate authorities. Yes, it takes time, but scammers must be held accountable.
This company shows zero respect for customers — they take your money, waste your time and nerves, and deliver nothing but lies. Absolutely dishonest and untrustworthy.
⚠️ Beware — this is a fraudulent .

Dream Hair
These hair tape in extensions are my favorite part of my hair!!! ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!
I have thinning hair due to low thyroid and these extensions match my hair color exactly!!! I started with tape ins at a salon and the price point was too much (one extension pair (2 pieces) was the price of a full set of 20 tape ins from Vivien). I’m a customer for life! Please keep them coming🙏🏻♥️
