Fotini was amazing!

Fotini was wonderful! She was very kind and patient and always had a smile on her face during the treatment. She answered all my questions with details and explained the advantages of each treatment I had. I highly recommend using her expertise and service in the Manchester branch.

Very Professional!

I got lost and was late for my appointment yet Vivo still accommodated me.

I saw Miriam and she was totally professional and friendly. She made me feel at ease during my treatment and explained every step during the process.

I will definitely go again!

The clinician was lovely and explained…

The clinician was lovely and explained the treatment really well. The fat freeze applicators were very painful on my legs but the rest was bearable. I also got the supersonic fat melt on my chin and it was honestly the worst loud sound only I could hear. I would not recommend to get this if you cannot tolerate loud sounds as I was struggling to hear at work the rest of the day.
I did feel like the whole session I couldn’t really relax as I was being upsold the entire time with other products. Also the aftercare cream wasn’t applied on my stomach and one of my arms just certain areas of my body where the applicator went which was a bit odd, after being told to also purchase this too as it would help with recovery.

Thank you for your feedback regarding your recent experience at our clinic. I have attempted to make contact via telephone today, however, I appreciate the opportunity to clarify a few points in response to your review.

Firstly, concerning the fat freeze procedure, we do communicate on our website, on our consent form, and prior to the treatment that you may experience some discomfort due to the suction and cold temperatures involved. While this is not intended to be painful, some discomfort can occur in certain areas, which may explain the sensations you felt in the treated areas.

Regarding the supersonic fat melting treatment you underwent, it utilises "ultrasound" waves, which can create an internal ringing sensation as they travel through the body. This sensation is typically transient, lasting from a few hours to a couple of days, but it is a normal part of the treatment and usually subsides quickly. If you find this sensation uncomfortable, we can certainly discuss switching to a radio frequency fat melting treatment, which tends to be more comfortable.

I would also like to clarify the purpose of the after-care cream. This cream should be applied only to the areas where you received treatment, as it aids in increasing body temperature in those areas and stimulates the lymphatic system to help break down fat cells effectively. Remember, the fat freeze only removes stubborn fat from the treatment areas and not the surrounding tissues.

Lastly, regarding your concerns about professionalism during the treatment, I want to assure you that during your visit, only you and the consultant are present in the treatment room, which remains locked for privacy and security. It is important to note that our services are non-surgical aesthetic treatments, which can involve side effects that differ from those of conventional beauty treatments. We do our best to communicate this from the outset.

It was my first ever body treatment and she did a great job. I had the HIFU face lift and fat freeze treatment over 8 areas, she took great care, made my body feel happy and safe.

I had Taylor today and she was such a pleasure. She was very friendly and explained everything perfectly. Was always making sure I was ok. She explained what she was doing while doing it which I found very helpful. I’ve rebooked with her.

To my opinions it was rushed job not everything was down Correct

Everything was too rushed Sophie didn't Follow what or says online and keep telling me about every things like add on everything the bad very uncomfortable and they're did add it to my notes on how much I had to pay so I what be returning nothing to how it should be
This is followed by our clinician taking measurements of the area to be treated and a patch test.did know Happen

We understand that you felt rushed during your treatment, however, I would like to clarify that the timings for your appointment are preset, making it challenging to adjust once the treatment has commenced. Additionally, regarding the add-ons offered, we offer a variety of heavily discounted treatments in the clinic that we believe align with your needs effectively.

You also mentioned the patch test; however, for the treatment you were scheduled for, a patch test is not required as the components used are non-reactive. As explained, this has been amended on our website so clients are not expecting a patch test when one is not required so thank you for raising that pointed. As stated in my previous voicemail and message, it is crucial to have a discussion to address any measurements, as these are taken on an individual basis.

Ask for Claudia!

Claudia was fantastic from beginning to end of my appointment.
She was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and put me completely at ease.

The procedures were entirely new to me and she explained how they worked and what to expect.

The treatment room is inviting, clean and comfortable and there are screens showing the various treatments and the results you can achieve.

I absolutely recommend the Liverpool clinic.

FEMIWAND RESULTS

I posted on the 14th on the date I had the femiwand treatment. 9 days later I want to share my thoughts on the initial result which Iam very pleased with.
Ive only had one child and a slight weakening of my bladder followed. This stopped immediately after the treatmemt. As for the rejuvanation effects I can confirm that it feels brand new with an increase in tightness & sensitivity. I feel like just one session has really worked for me and that an annual top up will be the way i use femiwand in future.
I recommend to every woman who has given birth.

I highly recommend a visit to Roseann

I had another appointment with Roseann in the Belfast clinic today.
I've been having a variety of treatments with Roseann for over 3 years now and I can't recommend her highly enough. The level of attention and care i get is incredible and Roseann goes over and about to make me comfortable and relaxed. Before my treatments Roseann always explains everything to me and after recommends the different aftercare products that are beneficial to me. The clinic is always spotlessly clean Roseann maintains a high standard of hygiene to ensure a high level of cross infection.
I always look forward to going back and consider Roseann a friend now she is such a lovely genuine person and a great listener. Looking forward to my next visit already.

Fabulous treatment

I had a hifu treatment with Rebecca, she was fantastic, very friendly and informative and made me feel at ease. She explained any possible side effects and also the aftercare required to achieve the best results. Looking forward to my next appointment with Rebecca.
