Perfect service
Perfect service, changed the colour of my bed after I ordered and everyone accommodated! They gave me updates on delivery and even called me to tell me when they were on their way.
I would like to give a special shout-out to Kamran who had great customer service, she whatsapped me different styles and colours of beds and even called me when I couldn’t make up my mind what I would like.

Great company to deal with
Great company to deal with, I wasn’t at the property when they arrived with my bed but they very kindly waited until my granddaughter arrived with the keys , she told me the delivery men were very pleasant and very efficient when assembling the bed.

Well pleased with my new sprung…
Well pleased with my new sprung mattress (no more dipping memory Simba) I got contacted the good old fashioned way with a nice lady who let me know when my mattress was going to be delivered.It was delivered when I was told it was going to be by 2 men.My son likes my new mattress so another customer in the pipeline.
What's wrong with this review.I have just bought a kingsize mattress from you and am pleased with it.Let me clarify that it was replacing a Simba Mattress that I had that was sinking.Why would anyone think that this is a bad review and that it was from a competitor.

VizBeds Team is honest, courteous and helpful. The team is professional and humble. I ordered 7 beds and mattresses and 5 have been delivered. The beds looks amazing and seems very strong. The mattresses seems perfect 🤩. The installation was done clinically and the prices of the beddings is reasonable. I would sincerely endorse VizBeds to everyone whole heartedly. I wish VizBeds all the success it deserves.

New bed and mattress
After ordering my new bed and mattress, the delivery was quick and the bed was well packed and protected.
The bed is well made and the orthopaedic mattress is definitely firm.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Kamran kept me updated throughout the process and the bed was delivered super fast! The delivery team were also very helpful and friendly.
Really happy with our new bed and mattress. Will definitely be back when we need this kind of service again.

From the first contact to the two delivery drivers, I’ve had nothing but excellent service. Was a bit sceptical ordering, but I don’t know why I was worried.
