Didn’t ship 2nd half of order for almost a year and a half. When I sent an email asking for an update… They deleted my account. CROOKS!

This company is scam. if you order something, they will sent you sunglasses, so they can prove they sent something, and it's difficult to get you're money back. don't respond on mails etc.

Made several Funko pre-orders during COVID lockdown with a lot of success. My last pre-order (April 2022) went unfilled. After finding the Funko in the stores, I attempted to cancel my order. (October 2022.) They refused the refund, refused any updates. And eventually cancelled my account. Because of the delay, I could not dispute the charges through PayPal. AVOID!

VLTD is s total SCAM! I placed and pre-paid for several orders starting in January of 2022. I have made many attempts to contact customer service and never anything. SOMETHING HAS TO BE DONE! It appears that they've shut down their Instagram page and from what I've read they're even removing comments from Facebook.

Scam site! Pre-ordered items a long time ago and never received them or responses. Shady business. Stear clear.

Absolute scam, do not buy from them! They owe me over 300 dollars worth of things. I complained and they deleted my account, do not waste your money there are a lot better options.

They are thieves. I placed a pre-order 11 months ago in April of 2022. I started contacting them in August of 2022 when they were readily available everywhere else. It is now March of 2023 and I have contacted them over a dozen times. They do not update their information. They block you from commenting on their social media and will not respond to e-mails, messages on their website or Facebook messages. I am certain they are just stealing money at this point. Unfortunately, PayPal and the card I used were both too late for chargebacks by the time I attempted it. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY. Not even don't buy from them because they don't ship anything anyway.

To echo many other people, this company owes me nearly $200 starting from way back in 2021. After a couple of successful sales, I made the mistake of trusting that it would continue. A huge mistake. Now, they won't reply to emails, they won't offer replacements, they won't give refunds -- they are willing to let you wait nearly 2 years for nothing. I spoke out against them on their fb page and they blocked me, which tells me that they still DO monitor their socials and avoid the people they owe deliberately. Their intent is to just keep our money by ceasing all communication, like we can afford to lose money in this day and age.Laws need to change and strengthen against scam artists like these jokers.

COLLECTORS BEWARE!!!! This company will not respond to your emails, has limited the ability to comment on their social media platforms, and has not updated their website with useful information only more items "for sale". This company is total crap. I've reached out to them, BBB, and our bank. Thank you VLTD for absolutely wasting my time and money. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS "COMPANY"

Total scam. Ordered house of the dragon funko pops plus blacklight sodas a year ago. They never shipped and won't respond to any messages to cancle or refund my order. All my comments on the Facebook page gets removed. I say it is time for a lawsuit.

Ordered package from VLTD and when it arrived it had significant damage. Reached out to them many times and as of writing this and 2 months later there has be no response or communication in their end. Not trustworthy or reputable. Would never do business with them again or advise anyone else to.

They refuse to fulfill a preorder over 6 months after expected release date. They refuse to contact me back and refuse to issue any type of store credit or refund. Total rip off.

I am about ready to get in contact with the better business bureau!! I ordered a preorder and I still have not received it! They don't update their website. They don't up date you! It's still says being shipped to them from their distributor, It's been like a month and a half on top of order date and numerous emails!

Scammers! It’s been nearly a year since placing my pre-order and have not received it! No replies from the numerous emails and DMs sent to this joke of a store. Truly disappointing and it appears I’m not the only person who’s been scammed by this retailer.

Have had pre-orders outstanding with them for close to 2 years now. I have attempted to contact customer support no less than 8 times over the past few months and I have gotten NOTHING. Literally no response at all. The worst part is, a lot of these pre-orders are readily available on other sites, including Funko.com. This is horrible to treat customers this way, especially if they are going to take the money up front for pre-orders. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS! There are plenty of other reputable sellers, and this one deserves to be shut down.

Worst customer experience ever! I pre-ordered an item over a year ago that is still unfulfilled. I've reached out to them through email and their social media accounts for status updates, and eventually to cancel the order, but not once have they responded. Keep your money, these guys cannot be trusted.

They never anwser there emails they take your money and put you in limbo i ordered last year in june 2022and tried numerous times to contact them

Do not trust this company they will take your money and NEVER respond to you or update your order. Placed two pre orders last December with a scheduled release date of June and a year later I still have received no updates and the items have long since been available on other sites. They don’t respond to emails PERIOD they limit their comments on social media so complaints are filtered out and they won’t respond to any messages. I was able to get a refund for one of my preorders through affirm after waiting months but was unsuccessful in getting refunded for the other one. If you value your money and time shop else where.
