Have sent a couple of emails. One with a product question and asking for help and next one several days ago asking about the money back guarantee and cancelling my subscription as even though been having matcha for well over 6 months and really excited to try vmatcha I just can’t get on with the taste. No replies or help or support whatsoever… be very careful. Now I can’t even get to my subscription to cancel it myself .. says problem loading this page … check URL… very worrying!!!

Thank you for the long reply... the point is I was trying to work with you but you didn't reply to my emails ... it's now 25th June and still no replies to either!! Completed Ghosted! The only reply Ive got is to this review ...
Thanks for now cancelling my subscription but I can't confirm as it requests in your email as the link still doesn't work no matter which browser I use!
I don't remember a recipe book in the pack but I will go and look. But as stated I have tried it in different ways
Didn't say there was a fault with the product just was giving background information and how I was really excited to try it and was disappointed I couldn't get use to the taste then to have no communication from you or help etc then website problems was more worrying
Will I be getting my money back?

It tastes good, but can't saying anything more because i have just started to drink it.

I love it, so glad to give it a go, felt a lot better in such a short time and hopefully i will get the full benefits the long i take it

incredible - really notice the difference 2 hours after taking it I am more focussed and have energy that lasts at least 4 hours without a dip

This matcha is the best I tried. The quality is 10000 % satisfied with. As I’ve been trying different companies ( big and small) , and this stays my favorite .
