Voguelavish Avis 

I ordered a pair of trainers on the 10th of December. Only received an email to confirm they’d received my order. Tried ringing phone numbers and using their contact us page and no reply. Only time I got a reply was when I filed a dispute with PayPal. I received the trainers today but not happy with the customer service at all.

Trainers were ordered and never turned up, £113.50 down the drain, there is no way of contacting them , they don't answer the phone or reply to anything, they have been reported to online trading standards, don't order from them . Been waiting a month for them .

Total scam! Bought a pair of trainers online from this website and received a counterfeit item with many defects and sizing issue. Customer service is a joke and they didn't issue any refund. Avoid this website, this is scam!

I am kicking myself for placing this order because I knew in my gut that they’d be scammers I just couldn’t find the trainers anywhere else. They just take your money and then… nothing. Don’t be tempted!!! Disgusting way to treat people. .

I can’t fault this company, they shipped my order the following day after I ordered. The only issue is with the courier, who lost the parcel. Told me to get a refund from the company then my parcel mysteriously arrived. Very impressed with the trainers, no issues with Voguelavish at all, they just need to change courier! Thank you Voguelavish!

Product never arrived, delivery company lost the package and despite daily emails and calls to speak to someone to get a refund, it never materialised.
Avoid at all costs

After waiting 10 days with no reply from an email I sent I then read all the reviews and realised that I had been scammed.
Then Evri delivery a package to my house and low and behold It was the trainers that I had ordered.
It took 2 weeks and if they don't reply to emails (and the phone number doesn't exist)I'm not sure what would happen if I needed to return them.
But they did arrive and look great 👍
If you've already ordered, hang in there, you might be surprised.

Please DON’T waste your time & money with this company. The trainers are cheaper, but they don’t arrive. Spend a little bit more money on a legitimate site. This one is flawed. The tracking number doesn’t work. I received a refund today through PayPal.

I ordered trainers on this site before checking reviews which absolutely put the fear in me especially because they were a Christmas present ordered on 6th December and after contacting the seller on 17th I was sent and email back with handling time then shipping time on Wednesday 18th they arrived before estimated delivery so don't believe all u read communication was 100% and item arrived I'm from northern Ireland just for reference of people thinking fake review thank you 5*

Stupid purchase, a scam, conflicting delivery updates from Evri, surprised the alleged supplier actually replied by e mail to say delivery was coming albeit it two weeks lake, but the Nike trainers are fake, not even close in size / detail when you compare with an original pair. And subsequently had lots of PayPal claims for money - most likely liked to the original purchase. The office address on website in London does exist but says it's been available for rent for a year.

I ordered a Balenciaga trainer over 2 weeks ago and still haven't received it. I emailed you but got no response. I can't reach anyone. No items have been received or receipts provided for my purchase. When I try to contact the buyer, there is no answer.

Thought it was dodgy after reading reviews but I received my trainers today and they are lovely. The trainers took a while but did come in the end.

I am so confused! I ordered Jordan 4s (Flight) from this site on November 23rd and when they hadn't arrived on December 7th I emailed to enquire what had happened as the tracking link was still saying Royal Mail were yet to receive my package. I then double checked all the reviews on here and was like oh no I've been scammed! Surprisingly I did receive an email back stating that there had been a fire and purchases during my time frame had been affected but they had resent my package and it should arrive between the 13th and 15th of December. I was suspicious of this but said OK I'll wait. Yesterday (15th) they didn't arrive so I emailed again but didn't get a reply so I raised a dispute with PayPal as the transaction HAD showed up on my statement. Later on I received the tracking from the sender via PayPal which said the item was in the sorting office, which I didn't believe because by now I was convinced it was all a scam but today I actually received the trainers! I thought they must be fake but comparing them to my other Jordans and to ones on other sites, they actually look legit! Overall, quite happy...and I'm not a bot or A.I...this is a genuine review :)
