For those claiming the software is ineffective, it’s important to consider your hardware; using a high-quality microphone and a proper audio interface is essential. You cannot expect clean results from a cheap webcam mic. Background noise and static are hardware issues, not faults of Voice.AI.

Despite the negative feedback from others, this tool is incredibly useful if you understand the basics of audio production. Purchasing the lifetime access was easily one of my best online investments.

Voice Ai is really awesome and fun to use. The voice changing works great and sounds pretty real. It’s easy to set up and start using right away.

There are lots of different voices to try, which makes it even better. I’ve had a really good experience with it so far and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a voice changer.

Fake. You literally cannot do anything. it literally puts you on a weird anime moaning girl voice and you cannot get out of the payment page, even though it literally says you can try it out for free on the website. you cant even TRY it out. If i could give it a zero, I would.

Moronic advertising, FAKE FAKE FAKE! They tell you that you can try it for free, but all you get to do is download the app. You can't record or test ANYTHING without paying, and the amount shown in the app is different from the amount when you search for it online.

I was using this service's audio tools for stem separation. Despite not being of very good quality, I hit the usage limit and decided to pay for extended usage. One day, I logged in and it wasn't showing that I was on a paid plan, but the free plan, yet I was still being billed.

I contacted support who offered useless help and didn't even know what plan I was paying for. Since my account was showing as "free", there was no way to unsubscribe. I went all over their site looking for a way to cancel payment and found nothing. Not even the payment receipts had an unsubscribe button, which in the EU, is illegal.

As soon as I contacted support asking for my "paid" account to be cancelled. I got ghosted. I wrote again asking for the subscription to be cancelled and all of my data deleted. Ghosted, which again, in the EU is highly illegal. I've sent a THIRD request threatening that if my "paid" account isn't cancelled, all data deleted and written confirmation of this, I'll report through the appropriate channels. I'm betting my bottom dollar I never hear anything, have to charge back via my bank and the same soulless (possibly AI) response will appear below about how they take such things "very seriously" and that I should contact their oddly quiet "support" for resolution. Look below. Total scam company and questionably useful tools. AVOID!

I really enjoy using Voice.ai because the text-to-speech sounds incredibly natural and realistic. It’s a great tool for my projects, though it can be a bit of a resource hog and slows down my computer sometimes. Even with the occasional lag, it’s still one of the best options out there for high-quality audio.

The voice cloning is cool, but the app is laggy and the text-to-speech feature feels limited unless you pay for more credits. It’s annoying that it constantly pushes you to upgrade just to keep using the best features.

I subscribed to Voice.ai and was later charged for an automatic renewal that I did not expect.

I did not receive any prior email notification warning me about the upcoming renewal. I contacted support immediately after the charge and requested a refund.

While they cancelled the subscription, they refused to refund the payment. So basically i paid for a service a can no longer access...

In addition, the product was not even close to meet the expectations presented, and I stopped using it shortly after testing.

Overall, the experience was horrible

I purchased a 1-year subscription with Voice AI in July 2025 specifically because the plan guaranteed 3 million credits per month. Exactly 8 months into my contract, the platform became virtually unusable. The voice generations failed to process, and the output was full of constant technical errors.

When I reached out to customer support regarding the broken service and my missing credits, they informed me that my plan now only provides 1 million credits per month. They unilaterally downgraded my account limits in the middle of a prepaid yearly contract and refused to honor the original agreement I paid for. When I requested a simple prorated refund for the remaining 4 months of defective service, they refused.

I am now forced to file a formal E-Commerce dispute and chargeback with my bank for breach of contract and defective services. It is incredibly deceptive to change the terms of a subscription after a customer has paid in full. Do not lock yourself into a yearly plan with this company.

I had a very disappointing experience with Voice.ai.

The platform is extremely unstable, full of bugs and constant lag. The voice cloning feature does not work properly and is not consistent with what is advertised. Despite paying for an annual subscription and purchasing 5,000 credits (twice, to try their model training service that is absolutely garbage), the service remains unusable.

When I requested a refund, it was refused. Their payment provider, Xsolla, also declined the refund but clearly stated that the responsibility lies with Voice.ai. After that, my emails were ignored and I stopped receiving any response from their support team.

Users are required to pay before being able to just test the service, to just use their cheap software, and once issues are discovered, refunds are denied. In my opinion, this is an unfair practice.

Since no resolution was offered, I have initiated a chargeback procedure through my bank and submitted a formal complaint through the European consumer protection channels (ECC-Net and EU ODR platform).

I strongly advise caution before purchasing this service, and I advise you to report to your country’s consumer service.

Garbage product, cryptominer

It's a scam. It tells you that it is free, but has an immediate paywall. If you don't pay it you cant try it. If you do pay for it, then it is laggy and will not work. No refunds as well.

It's a scam. I bought Unlimited Lifetime and I have nothing new on my account. I still have max 15 minutes of upload time and still have to buy credits to train models. Its basicly still the free version but I paid €66 for it.. Paid through XSolla and they don't want to help either. Please return my money.

This has been ongoing for months upon months upon months and I had no idea why. It doesn't show up as a subscription under paypal. On my voice.ai account it says I have the free plan (free my ass) and when clicking on the invoice paypal doesn't give me shit for any options to forcibly block payments.

I deleted my account now. If you charge any more money I swear to god...
