Volnyn Avis

Excellent experience

I was engaged as a remote developer and completed a substantial workload in full compliance with the agreed scope. Despite successful delivery, the client has refused to release payment and is providing unjustified reasons to withhold it. This conduct raises serious concerns regarding breach of agreement and fair compensation practices. I strongly advise others to exercise caution.

I was hired by Volnyn as a remote worker and completed the assigned work exactly as instructed, delivering it before the deadline. However, after delivery, they suddenly changed their plans and decided to go in a different direction. Instead of paying for the completed work, they simply dismissed it as useless, and I received no payment.

Based on my experience, I would strongly advise everyone to stay away from this unprofessional company.

I worked at Volnyn as a developer and completed and delivered the project as agreed. After delivery, I was ghosted and never received my final pending payment. Several of my colleagues faced the same issue.

Based on my experience, I would strongly advise developers to be cautious. Make sure you have a solid written contract and clear payment protection before working with them. Don’t rely on verbal promises or assurances.

Complete scam — do not trust them

This business operates on straight-up scam tactics and wage theft. They lure in skilled people with big promises, demand 8 hours of daily work without any weekend break , and then refuse to pay. They still owe money for 10 full days of work.

This isn't a one-off mistake; it’s a systematic trap they use on multiple people to extract free labor and break financial commitments. Total scammers. Do not do any work or business with them without a strict written contract and payment upfront.

Recruited to work 4 hours daily, I consistently delivered 6-7 hours per day plus 10-12 hour weekend shifts without additional compensation. I remain unpaid for 10 days of work. The owner deliberately recruits talented people with honeytrap promises, then exploits their dedication while breaking financial commitments. This is systematic. Multiple employees share the same experience: extra hours, broken promises, unpaid wages. Written contracts and upfront payment are non-negotiable
