Hi Michael,
Thanks for your feedback — we understand how this can be frustrating and appreciate you sharing your experience.
After reviewing your order, you received a game which has a Regular Retail Price (RRP) of $29.99 USD. This meets the value guarantee of our Platinum tier.
The lower price you’re seeing is due to a temporary Steam sale, which is controlled entirely by the publisher. As a retailer, we don’t control or influence these discounts, and all of our mystery keys are valued based on standard RRP — not sale prices. This is clearly outlined on the product page, within our Value Protection policy & Money-Back Guarantee policy.
We also noticed that no support request was submitted regarding this order. If you had reached out, we would have been happy to review the situation with you directly.
Additionally, as confirmed before revealing the key, revealed keys are non-refundable, since they cannot be resold or deactivated.
If you still have any concerns or feel like there has been a mistake, feel free to contact our support team we’re always here to help.

Fast Transaction, Good Prices, Great CSD
Selling small skins is hard. The processing time is really fast. Also they responded to each n every query through email that I had, even if my wordings were a little aggressive.

It's definitely legit
There's no doubt you may get a game you don't like or don't want. There's also a chance you'll get a fantastic game for cheap. That's the allure of the blind purchase. You just never know. As long as that's your expectation you'll be fine. The game should definitely be worth more than you spend getting it.

Was a triple A game, but was an old one
They gave a triple A game but it could of been bought for less than 10 bucks now. Also, wish they had a steam deck verified section of games, as this is the only way I can play steam games, because the game I got was unsupported for steam deck. It's worth a shot if you like surprises, and you may find a game you like that you wouldn't usually buy. The service was fast and code was pretty much instant delivery.

The ability to get the code quickly, with no hassle. Purchased two keys one game I will play, the second one never going to touch it. I knew this would be a possibility but for the price still worth it.

Hi VoltRunner,
Thanks for leaving your feedback! Glad to hear everything ended up working and that our team was able to get back to you quickly! The VPN message can sometimes pop up even when no VPN is active — usually it’s just how certain networks are flagged.

Order VK-11422
Order VK-11422. I did 2 platinum keys.
One key said it was redeemed already.
Other key redeemed was Mad Max from 2015 which is 19.99$ on steam even though they said platium will be a 30 to 100 value key. Emailed customer support with the order number and issue. No reply.
UPDATE:
Got a reply and they clarified and assisted.

Hi Matt, thanks for taking the time to leave your feedback. We’re sorry to hear you weren’t happy with the game you pulled. All titles in our Platinum Tier are guaranteed AAA, but the release year can vary — some will be newer, others can be older classics.
That said, we always want our customers to feel good about their purchase. Please drop us a quick note at info@voltkeys.com and we’ll be happy to look into this for you and make things right.
