Horrendous service and faulty products.
The first sign came with zero instructions or hanging template. The outlet the sign was plugged into burst into sparks and smoke, melting the chord in half when it arrived. We were met with awful customer service when we had to call asking for assistance. We were told it was our fault and didn't get a single "I'm sorry" or even an ounce on empathy from the customer service agent. He refused to let me speak with his manager and insisted we just pay full price for a replacement sign. After threatening legal action and reporting Volt to the Better Business Bureau we were sent a new sign an entire month later (only after I asked for follow up on our replacement, I'm sure they had already forgotten about our replacement). Also, the replacement still didn't include a hanging template. This company doesn't care if your building could have burned down from faulty wiring or even ask if any one was hurt when their product caused a major fire hazard. Truly terrible experience and I would never recommend Volt to a single person for any reason.

We love our logo sign!
We love our logo sign. The logo size and color is perfect, as well as the backlighting behind the logo and brushed silver metal sign. The Company worked closely with us to avoid any costly mistakes and was always very responsive about everything. Definitely recommend!

The sign was delivered as every letter…
The sign was delivered as every letter separate. I need to myself buy a board, drill holes and wires each letter.

We would like to clarify that the sign was manufactured and delivered exactly as designed. The sign consists of individual letters, which is the standard construction method for 3D illuminated signs. Each letter is produced separately so it can be mounted individually on the wall, allowing the wiring to be concealed inside the wall for a clean and professional finish.
Before production and shipment, we shared multiple mockups, design previews, and production photos during the consultation and approval stages. These materials clearly showed that the sign would be made as separate letters with wiring intended to be routed through the wall.
For any electrical illuminated sign, wiring is necessary to supply power to the LEDs. Without wiring, the letters would not be able to receive electricity and illuminate. The installation process typically involves drilling small holes behind each letter so the wires can be hidden within the wall and connected to the power supply, which results in the seamless floating look seen in most professional signage.
If you need assistance with the installation process or wiring guidance, we would be happy to help or provide the installation guide again.

Beautiful sign, long wait
The signed looks amazing and the craftsmanship is high quality. It just took much longer than advertised on the website. I received the sign about 3-4 weeks after ordering and I paid for expedited shipping.

Items were delivered with no labels…
Items were delivered with no labels showing name of recipient, address of receiving location.
All characters were Chinese. It can only be assumed that the product was manufactured in China. Crates sat on our loading dock for 3 weeks as we did not know if it was for exhibitor in a tradeshow or convention in the building. There were dings on a couple of the items and powder coat was scratched in areas.
