First Order
Somehow the initial order was placed but never shipped out. the tracking information did not have anything available. I contacted customer service via email and was told that it was probably never scanned out of the facility and to wait a couple of days see if I got it. After waiting 3 days I called and the customer service person resubmitted the order and was delivered a few days later. Not sure about the product yet, this is week 2 and have experience some effects but not dramatically. Overall it wasn't a bad experience, just a hiccup at first
