Obsolute scam site basically stole stole £260 off me . Had a win and Talk some money out £300 and then £60 but because I did 10 free spins and got £1.40p I didn't deposit since that morning. They classed all the money I won as basically from free spins and said I was only allowed £100 out of it . And what makes it even more dodgy is there's a transfer out of my account up £260 not to me so they basically transferred the funds to themselves

They deliberately delay processing withdrawals in the name of SLA and standard checks. The higher the amount, more likely you are likely to get caught in their fraud “standard checks delay”… when the amounts are small same are processed instantly.. one of the worst casino services when it comes to payment and loyalty treatment

Was a bit sceptical following reviews. BUT what a great casino. Yes always better when you win but payouts were within 24 hours. A credit to the casino fraternity.

I have only just joined this site and there is a range of games. However I have just realised that every deposit they take 50pence as well. There is nothing on the site to say this happens and why. No other site takes money. If you do join don't take the bonus, you won't win anything till real money has gone then you will win but it stays as bonus money and is not yours. It also has an expiry date for the bonus so you could just login one day thinking you had money to find it gone. I had a hundred pounds as bonus so made sure I used it all. I put 2 more deposits on before I realised they were adding 50p a time so bye bye to a robbing site.

Everything was ok but all of a sudden my documents aren’t good enough for them. 2 withdrawals pending and the communication is awful. They just repeat the same garbage over and over. Not letting it go though.

I would like to caution you against using the website as it is a scam. I have personally experienced a situation where I deposited over 5000 pounds, won 10,000 pounds, and have been pursuing my funds for over 2 weeks now. They continually request face verification, IDs, bank statements, and other unnecessary documents despite my compliance. This has been an incredibly frustrating and disappointing ordeal.

UPDATE: My incessant threats of group litigation, police involvement, and some other unorthodox means lead to them blocking my account, but transferring the money. I would suggest you all use a similar approach. I haven't finished with them yet though. ;)

Dreadful scam artists. When you try to withdraw, they fob you off and block you from customer service chat, then stop responding to emails. There's certainly enough victims for there to be group litigation if anyone's interested?I hate being taken for a c*nt more than I hate losing money, and I'm stubborn and creative enough to cause them a great deal of hassle.

Proof of paypal.. bank statements.. selfie and ID to process withdrawal.. sent 5 days later not good enough need solictor to sign documents then blocked account and will not process withdrawal..

First off, the RTP is the worst I've ever come across on any casino website I've played at. When you win a fair amount off a bonus or just spinning the reels, you'll find it takes all of that winning back plus more to even do anything again. I've gone over 200 spins without a single win. The latest is, I had a visual glitch on a game where on my screen I landed the in game feature. However the feature did not activate and if it was working as intended I would of had a win. I don't know how much as it reveals a random symbol but potentially could have been top symbol. I left the game to do the online chat, which is when they wanted a screenshot of the screen. How am I supposed to get that when I closed down the game? Something support didn't understand. Fast forward 3/4 weeks later I chase them up about the issue, the guy told me to go and check the gaming history and pin point which spin, time, day and stake it was. I explained it was a visual glitch and I couldn't see that on gaming history. Fast forward to today I get an email saying nothing was wrong and they've closed the case. I emailed back with no response, no surprise there so I went back to online chat. Support reopened the case and have now sent it off to the provider to check. I have screen shots of our conversation and how rude their staff are. AVOID THIS SITE AT ALL COSTS!!!!
