It's been weeks - They Activated my line without installing a ONT which I informed the Salesperson at POS there's no ONT. NO ONE has the decency to call to inform you of any sort of feedback - ALL the agents from Live chats to the Call center use the pitch provided at training " it's been investigated" LIKE ARE YOU INSANE!!! yeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeet the debits and invoicing get sent after advising the team several times I want to be credited for DT due to their lack of Actual customer service. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THESE PEOPLE

Was a client for 42 days, absolute terrible service actually zero service. Be very careful when dealing with Vox. They change and breach their contract and payment terms and dates as they please and not what was agreed upon. Experienced nothing but disaster after disaster from day 1. Don't know what scam these guys are running double billing etc etc. I suggest they call it quits and close their doors. Worst fibre supplier ever I give you 0 out of 10

I have never delt with such an appalling Company .... you have taking over from SADV who I have been with for over 4 years and now you want some ID from me .. I live in the UK and I have a property in Capetown that cost over R7.5 million... I have sent you my Capetown rates bill I have and FNB bank account I have sent you a copy of my passport ... that wasn’t good enough for !!! so I went to my Solicitor who is automatically is a communiser of oaths in the UK who confirmed my ID that wasn’t good enough so I went to the Post office who also confirmed my ID all at a cost to me of over R2000 Now you want me to go the police station which is over 45k from me and they will not have a stamp..

It would be easer for me to get a gun license then to get a service from you….

I despair !!!

Use to answer phone, no email response at support, 404 error on website, no return call on messages left. Are these people out of business - trying to find my pkg. Crazy, maybe a victim of the lock downs.

If there was a negative rating I’d be all over it! I read 2 articles, and felt nauseous wondering how compulsive liars ever got close to news media!

I don't personal read a lot of Vox articles, but I watch their YouTube channel a lot and they have some very high quality content. Some of the reviews on here are just insane. I'm certain that almost if not all of the information and sources used is 100% accurate a lot of people are calling Vox liers. If you're extremely right wing then of course you aren't gonna like a progressive news outlet so just go to Fox News or something. Personally I am an independent but I find the information on here extremely useful and reliable.

All of the articles are lies and show so many bad things, " studies show that cats are disgusting selfish creatures " yeah, you give so much misinformation, and it's just gross also, all of those racist articles are dumb.

Tried to read this site with an unbiased, open and broad mind but found the site itself to be anything but broad and open minded. Won’t be wasting precious time in future.

The most atrocious banking practices I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing. The staff are untrained and few and far between. There’s a person called mr ball but he’s more suited to work at mother care as a bouncer. The other person that works there is just as bad. Yeah. I think only two people work there. DONT GET AN ACCOUNT THERE.

Really rambling

Vox has been racist and very biased when it comes to their articles. They do not take humanity and morality into context when writing articles. They are definitely fake journalists with editors that don't fact-check, just trying to get money. Because they would try to ruin someone's entire life just for a couple of hundred dollars.... It's inhumane

It's just blatant lies covered by funky graphics and modern dialogue to appeal to the younger audience, as for their "journalism" it's second to none, 46 of their stories and claims have been proven false, and no doubt the rest are too. If you can call these people "journalists", it's a political, social, and just a mess of journalism itself.
