We’ve had a really positive experience working with VOYC throughout the onboarding process and into early use.
A special thank you to Calmarie, who has been excellent from the outset. The support, guidance and responsiveness throughout onboarding have made a real difference, helping us get up to speed quickly and ensuring everything has been set up in a way that works for our business. The level of engagement and patience has been greatly appreciated, particularly whilst we were managing other changes alongside this.
I would also like to thank James for his ongoing support. It’s been really valuable having consistent follow-up, clear communication and a collaborative approach as we move towards going live. The willingness to take on feedback and work through ideas with us has been particularly helpful.
Overall, the experience has been smooth, supportive and well-managed, and we’re looking forward to continuing to build on this as we move fully into the operational phase.

Great system, adds significant value to our business
We've been using VOYC for around 18 months. We're a medium sized insurance broker, and the system has been significant helpful with hitting many of our regulatory, QA and commercial objectives.
The team there have been proactive and helpful with integrating the system. James Bradbury has been particularly proactive in engaging with us, providing advice, information and solutions to any issues or queries that we have.
The system is certainly worth the money, and adds a significant amount of value to our day to day operations

A brilliant call quality monitoring system, thanks Ben!
I've been using Voyc for Quality Assurance, Coaching and Compliance and it is so easy and beneficial for us as a business! It Alerts me to any key words that flag up, monitors calls for quality providing scores based on a flowchart we designed and puts data into useful and easy to track reports.
Ben as our Account Manager has been so helpful setting me up on it, answering any questions I have and talking me through each section step by step.
