I haven’t had the problems I just read about from the other reviewers. At first I didn’t understand why I couldn’t withdraw but then my bf showed me I was depositing through their bonus offers. When you do that you have to play the money through so many times depending on which bonus you deposited under. So you want to make sure you only deposit through the menu and choose “no deposit bonus” if you see that option. First off they don’t tell you if you win you can’t cash out. When you try to cash out you have to deposit more money. Then when you try to chat they call you you inappropriate and disrespectful because I said I wouldn’t be playing their games any longer. Never have I been so insulted. All I was asking for as if they could reverse the withdrawal because I have to deposit $88 before I can take out my winnings. That doesn’t make sense to me.
