Emailed them 5x before ordering, asking how to customize an order, as it does not have it at all, let alone how their directions state. (One of their email addresses doesn't work.) Decided to place the order anyway because I love the product and hoping once the order was place, they would contact for personalization....nope. I emailed back immediately to the email I received the order info with, and still nothing. We'll see how this turns out, but have a feeling it will end with me calling paypal to file a dispute/refund.

I’m happy with the hoodie but the spelling of one cat’s name is wrong. It should have been Tarïtz and the “ ï ” on the hoodie looks like a weird zero. I ordered the same cat’s name on a tShirt in the past and the spelling was correct so a little disappointed about that.

I think this company is a scam!
I ordered a pillow on 2/5 no information given but a order number. When I try to contact them they never responded... No customer service. I email them email them nothing try to track order nothing a big scam. They took my money nothing I have to contact bbb if they do not let me know if my order is sent. Plus I now think the quality will be crap because I am writing this if it is a real company which I don't believe not is.

Placed an order one day and received a refund the next. Unable to complete order for Christmas.

This company cancelled my order. Said it wouldn’t make it here in time but if you would have contacted me I would have been ok with the arrival date. When I placed the order I knew there was a chance of that happening and placed the order anyway.

Cute product. The quality isn't as good as in the photo but for such a custom onesie it is done well enough. It took a few weeks to receive which is fine but I never got a confirmation email that is was sent out. I ended up reaching out to the company and they responded with my tracking info. Overall the price was a little high but it is cute and my nephew will look super cute in it. I'd recommend

Randomly cancelled and refunded my order for ornaments after taking the order. I assumed they were on the way. Very disappointing.

I had to make a quick change after I placed and order and the company was quick to respond. So I got the correct order.

I never received a shipping communication and it took weeks to ship so I was unsure if I would ever receive the items. Furthermore, one of the personalized onesies has ink running onto the white fabric and the other onesie is something completely different that I did not order.

Received the ornaments today in memory of our two dogs we lost this year. They are amazing. Will order again!

Ordered 3 hoodies about more than 1 month ago. The status says it’s still not shipped my order is only confirmed. I tried to contact the support and asked about the status but it’s said the email isn’t existing.. vprintes please contact me for information order #6077 or I’ll get my money back.

I ordered this 2 weeks ago and it still hasn’t shipped and no one will get back to me on when it will be shipped. It was supposed to be a gift, I will have to dispute this with my bank and order from somewhere legitimate.

Haven't received order. #VP6054. Tried the email given to enquire, email came back saying address doesn't exist

I ordered a hoodie, and it came out wonderfully. I got it as a gift for my boyfriend and he loved it! It wasn't cheap quality either. Nice work.
