VPS9 Avis 10

I wish everyone can look for reviews about VPS9 before sending them payment. Let me make this very clear. It is a scam platform. They take your money and send you nothing. I paid for a server but they never sent any credentials. There website server control dashboard is also a stimulator, you never actually got any server.

I’m giving 1 star due to how my case was handled.

My service was suspended abruptly with a “00 hours” response time based on an anonymous phishing complaint about a single URL on my domain. When I asked for concrete evidence (screenshots, the specific HTML/script, redirection traces, or logs showing credential/card data collection), I did not receive any technical proof—only generic statements that “phishing activity” was found.

Even though the page in question is an informational review page with a clear disclaimer and no forms for collecting credentials or payment details, the service was eventually marked as permanently suspended without providing verifiable findings.

They temporarily unsuspended the server and promised to investigate again, but later refused to re-enable it permanently—still without sharing evidence. This lack of transparency and due process made it impossible to understand what exactly they considered malicious or how to correct it.

If you are considering this provider, be aware that you may face severe actions based on complaints without receiving clear proof or actionable details.

I would like to say few words about their website. Its just great

There VPS's dont work, I kept getting errors about the disk being read only and after a week of them trying to fix the issue I refunded the VPS and surprisingly they did refund it but to my surprise I got a charge a month later for the VPS even though I had no more services.

Stay away from this company. They don't give you Server in the written time. After you got the Server they simply change IP of it withount any notifications. Support needs most time several days to answer for a ticket.
They costet me much money as site was offline several hours because of IP change without any notification.

I Recommend VPS9 Hosting services... One of the best hosting service providers, Earlier was using some other hosting services was not happy with the uptime... One of my friend recommended VPS9 services since then im using VPS9 services, i don't see any issues it has a good uptime rate and a polit customer support...

You won't get what you paid for especially with Network speed.
They put 1gbps on each vps but after payment you will only get 400mbps.

Big SCAM

11/29/2019, I have a Dedicated Server set up at VPS9.net (Russia Servers - Plan1 - 4sxcCP.vps9.in). They kept extending the setup time until I sent the ticket, they informed me of a slight change in hardware and I agreed, and then they announced out of hardware and made me wait again. Up to now is 12/04/2019. I still have not received the Dedicated Server as announced, I have asked them to refund but they do not answer me anymore.

I am using vps9 services from years. Due to the extra effort they put felt to tell them how I feel about the company. They always manage to maintain 99.98% uptime. The customer support team is worth praising. VPS9 has the dedicated and talented staff. I felt the cost is high but as compared to the services is worth paying. We can completely rely on this company.

Genuinely they are good. I've been hearing about their services and support from long back and today I faced some network issue and even I had the great experience from them.
