We needed a WebRTC server for our new video game. VPS Hosting has plenty of options, and we're delighted: easy setup, perfect uptime and reactivity.

I have had good customer service, and I believe it is good value for money.

The server hardware was failing and I told customer support. They recommended moving to a new server. I installed backup data that I had to the new server.
A week later the new deploy had the same hardware problems and I lost all my data - no backup data this time.
Why? Because they did not fix anything or put me on different hardware.
I think that they wiped the first server instance, then put me on the same broken hardware with a new IP.
I told Vignesh many times that the hardware was broken but they sent the same pre-written response again and again.
After asking for a refund, Iryzka gave me a partial refund for the rest of the plan but nothing extra - no coupons, no full refund, didn't ask about my server, no apology for the time I spent trying to understand why my sites went down.

This comment is after a year, and I didn't face any problem with vpshostingservice. I now purchase another vps for another year. 🙏🤝

This service is very poor. The Control Panel is incomplete, buggy & does not allow re-installing the OS, accessing the terminal in case of firewall mis-config, doesn't have Ubuntu 26.04 and the support staff just ignore questions.I have had to raise an issue with PayPal to try to get a refund.

Quick turn-around, very good price and good performance so far.

Just hired a VPS.
So far, the tickets were answered and solved quickly. The VPS responded fast also.
Totaly recomended at this point.

They just don't stop emailing me when I asked to cancel the service. Every day I get 100 emails. They don't answer tickets about it either. I've had to block their emails, very unprofessional.

I just Got myself a KVM VPS from them and i really love the pricing to performance .i has a bit delay on startup which i contacted their customer support via the in-web dashboard and it was resolved in the shortest time such that i wasn't affected.
i will say their customer support is also great.
EVRYTHING S GREAT ABOUT THEM. I encourage more people to buy from them.

really poor vps server provider, do not subscribe their services even promotion keep giving and $1 per month vps, their server network speed unstable, you even cannot properly edit file via visual studio code, you even create a folder, it also can disconnected from SSH, you need to keep restart the server to get back connection, their control panel UI look nice, but actually the response too much slower, worst vps I use ever.

Their customer service response also too slow, and not accept any cancellation request to refund to original payment method, so do not waste your money.
