Vsfurniture Avis 

I ordered furniture totalling £849.95 with this company on March 12th 2025. I still have not received my order after countless emails to them and no replies. They have no contact number either but are still on Companies House. I bought this through Klarna and they have paused the last two payments pending investigation. The first payment has been temporarily refunded by my bank pending further investigation. This company is a complete scam! They are no longer trading under VS furniture or Vyreskin.

Like everyone else here, total scam.
No furniture after 50 days, no contact available, no response from emails.
Steer clear.Bank was excellent refunding monies paid to these people.

Complete scam. Do not purchase - my bank have refunded and are investigating this firm and its apparent owner, James Hewitt, who is a 'director' of a dozen deeply dodgy companies. Take a look at his details on the government Companies House database and judge for yourself. Also trading in the past as VS Furniture and Sunshine Seating, and at least one of these is a respectable name pinched from a well-known designer. The pics of the goods are stolen too - do a reverse image search on Google to see for yourself.

Like everyone else, paid for garden furniture, tracked delivery that didn’t arrive. Tried to contact, but to no avail. However, we managed to be re embursed, as we activated article 75, as we paid via a credit card. This company should be shut down. Surely, directors shown on companies house ought to be investigated, and brought to justice!

Same as everyone else, no goods , no contact, no response.

Following the recent programmes regarding your operations, are they paying you for this?

I can not believe when they are on company house it’s a scam and you can’t get hold of them nor can you get hold of the courier. How are they getting away with it they are still advertising and they also have pure gardens. So I did check prior and saw legit company now scammed and won’t get the money back.

Ditto what everyone else has said, no response to emails, 42 days since goods supposedly were shipped via the trackme24 app, not received, appears I’ve been scammed. This company is on companies house, I will be contacting them!

Unfortunately I have been scammed like numerous others by a company called VS furniture now trading as Purely Gardens
30 days ago we ordered garden furniture from this company via klarna
No response to numerous emails also numerous emails to klarna still no delivery of furniture so obviously a scam
Payments to klarna are on hold while they investigate but one wonders were they aware of this company
Numerous people have ordered and not received goods and in the same position with klarna as we are
Reported them to trading standards in Islington where apparently VS is located also contacted which and in the process of reporting them to the police

No delivery received. Scam company. They give you a tracking number with trackme24 and it gives you regular updates. Tracking even says the goods have been with the courier for the last week but nothing received. No responses to numerous emails. No communication since confirmation of payment.
Don’t trust this company. Now that people are finding out this company is a scam, I believed they have change the company name to purely gardens. I imagine when the next lot of innocent victims realise they’ve been scammed in 4-6 weeks, the name will change again. There are lots of complaints on Facebook about these companies. No one has received their order and after about 6 weeks, the company seem to contact asking for more information, which is undoubted, the next step of the scam. Avoid and report. Facebook should stop allowing these despicable people to use their forum to scam innocent people.

A total scam! Not received my order they have not responded to my email s and no phone number to be found!!!

I wouldn't even give this company a 1 star. My order has not been delivered, they never answer emails, no contact phone number and the money went from my bank to a company with a different name - Vyreskin.com. The Vs Company director is Tatjana Von Stein - a respected furniture designer who director another 2 companies. Either she is in on the scam or she has also been conned. Im in shock that I was totally fooled by their vsfurniture website. Now trading as Sunsetseating.co and Purely Gardens.co. Tracking is Trackme24 and this us also a huge con. When i contacted them the emails are returned undelivered. Do not be fooled! AVOID AVOID AVOID

This company is a scam the details say they are in London but no one reply’s to your email and no phone number I still haven’t received my goods .
