Delivery with Royal Mail 48hr tracked is appalling! Order placed on a Wednesday evening - tracking said it was being delivered on the Friday so stayed in all day waiting, as well as all day Saturday - yet no delivery! Have had to get it redirected to a post office collection point to ensure it is delivered. Received it on Monday - 5 days after order was placed. These are expensive live probiotics which degrade when left out of the fridge, so 5 days! Very disappointed and now question the quality of the product received which has been purchased for someone who suffers with Crohn's Disease!
