Very Disappointing.
Due date 17th monthly.
Arrived late pm 20th October 2025.
VSL Sachets supposed to remain COLD!
Supposed to remain at ambient temperature, out of the fridge for 24hrs ONLY !
If the monthly due date falls on a Friday, surely computer can be set to advise for the Thursday, then VSL sachets would not be left for best part of 4 days at the wrong temperature.
If I am paying 44.99 per month, I expect the best service and the VSL to be in top quality condition.

Arrived in good time and the product itself works well for me, I feel less sluggish, I also find it easy to take in water, I don’t drink juice or soft drinks but the flavour is pleasant and not strong so I’m happy to consume

Game changer
Always delivered on quick & on time. Had IBS for over 30 years. Tried other premium probiotics but didn't help. Using VSL & reduced my cheese consumption (excessive!) and now I rarely have any issues. Even better now you can get capsules as well as sachets.

I had food poisoning from uncooked…
I had food poisoning from uncooked chicken and although I got over most symptoms in a few days, I had excruciating stomach cramps and constant diarrhoea for 5 weeks and GPs just took blood and po* samples and said to rest.
I paid to see a private gastroenterologist who recommended these and even after day 1 I was better. Bad bacteria must have been lingering…. Why don’t GPs recommend VSL?!?!?!

Good product but I paid for chilled delivery and the pack was not cold but luke warm.

I buy this product for my Mother in Law…
I buy this product for my Mother in Law as she is struggling with Diverticulitis.
Though one of her doctors, they recommended she tries VSL3 and it seems to help her.
We know it is not a cure but it is better than the pain she gets through flare up’s.
