Scott was extremely accommodating throughout my entire booking experience, i initially booked in a vehicle for front windows and a sun strip back in March but this appointment was changed several times due to new vehicle delays, finally when my car arrived i was greeted at a very professional outfit and they completed the job very efficiently and to a very high standard
i am extremely pleased with the end result and would highly recommend this company

Not worth the hassle.
Booking online was straightforward, unfortunately the morning of my booked slot(paid the £50 booking fee) i got admitted to hospital. I emailed them explaining, 2 weeks later i received an email from them saying that because i had emailed after the slot they can rebook me but id have to pay another £50. I completely understand they have terms and conditions to follow but for something that was quite clearly out of my control is unfair. Will not use them again. Poor service and can return emails but 2 weeks late.

Sorry to hear this however we have looked through our records back to the end of 2020 and are unable to find a corresponding booking. I have also looked at our PayPal and bank account and can't find a deposit from anyone with the same name. We are very understanding when unexpected issues occur and holding on to a customers deposit is the last resort as we try to accommodate and work around the situation. This doesn't sound like something we would do as we ourselves have recently had to postpone a weeks worth of work due to unexpected hospital visits.
