We are an Australian owned and operated small business that’s run by two best mates and fitness enthusiasts. Our goal is simple – to enable as many Australians as possible to access high quality home and commercial fitness equipment at an affordable price and achieve their fitness goals. Since starting the business in 2020, over 10 thousand Australians have entrusted us to do just that.
GENIUNE SERVICE | PERFORMANCE | AFFORDABILITY
GENIUNE SERVICE. As a small business, when you send us a message it will more often than not be answered by one of our owners, Dhil (+61 404 969 244) or Justin (+61 438 780 280). There is no BS calling of 1300 numbers and waiting on hold, simply send us a text or call us and we will be with you right away. PERFORMANCE. Our number 1 priority is to provide you with quality equipment that you will love to train with and will last a lifetime. From beginners just setting out on your training journey, to elite athletes pushing for that highest percentile, our range of equipment will allow you to beat your best Safety is a fundamental pillar of our business, and informs all our engineering and product development. The last thing you want is a flimsy bench giving way during your bench press, or a dodgy weld compromising the safety of your rack. We rigorously vet all our manufacturers and uphold strong QA procedures to ensure our products meet stringent safety standards. We also clearly set out maximum load limits for all our products on the product information page so you can feel comfortable loading up for that new PB! Our manufacturers also supply to some of the biggest and most reputable fitness equipment companies worldwide – so you can be assured that the build quality of our products is up there with the best. AFFORDABILITY. At VULCAN, we truly believe that our products represent the best value for money in the market. While there may be cheaper options available, when it comes to gym equipment, we are in the camp that cheap is almost always more expensive. While it might save you upfront to go with the cheapest equipment on the market, it will cost you more in the long run when you inevitably need to upgrade. Plus it will save you the worry of your equipment failing when going for that PB. We can offer these cheaper prices for several different reasons:90 Day Love It Or Leave It Policy
Risk Free 90 day love it or leave it return policy
We are so confident that you will love our products we offer a 90 love it or leave it policy. Try any of our products in your own home or facility for 3 months, and if you don't love it contact us to organise a return. Once we have received the items we will provide you with a full refund. Please note that we do not refund shipping costs.
Our 90-day risk-free return policy does not apply to commercial rubber flooring. Due to the nature of flooring products (custom cuts, installation variables, and handling requirements), all sales of commercial rubber flooring are final and cannot be returned or refunded unless the product is faulty or damaged on arrival.

Functional Trainer
Couldn’t be happier or more impressed with Vulcan. Dhil and Justin were both awesome to deal with, they were quick to respond to texts, and very helpful with organising delivery & installation. Installation was quick, and took all rubbish away too. As far as the trainer goes, I’m seriously impressed. Cables all run smoothly, quality of everything is great and all looks sleek and tidy.
Thanks again guys, will definitely order from you again in the future.

5 piece set of cable handles
I bought a 5 piece set of cable handles. Quality seems good and some price discounting provided. Thats said, the Vevor and Verve products remain cheaper, are equivalent, and provide a carabiner for each handle. Vulcan provides just 1 carabiner for 5 handle set. When i questioned this, their advice was to just swap out the carabiner between handles. A bit disappointing. On further discussion with Dhil, he has offered to send me a further 4 carabiners as an added bonus. Thankyou Dhil, much appreciated, John

Hi John,
Thanks for the honest feedback - we really do appreciate you taking the time to share it.
We completely understand your point about the carabiners. Our 5-piece handle set does include 1 carabiner, which is stated on the product page, but we can see how having one for each handle would be more convenient for some setups.
We’re always looking for ways to improve, so feedback like this genuinely helps. In the meantime, we’re more than happy to send you four additional carabiners at no cost to make your experience smoother. Just reach out to our support team and we’ll organise it right away.
Thanks again for the review and for choosing VULCAN.
Kind Regards,
Dhil & Justin

Fantastic service!
I messaged Vulcan Fitness yesterday about setting up a functional trainer system for our home gym, and they replied straight away. They were incredibly helpful — taking the time to recommend what would fit perfectly in our space and suit our needs. All my questions were answered clearly and quickly. Excellent customer service from start to finish! Would definitely recommend Vulcan Fitness to anyone setting up a home gym.

Hi M
Justin here, one of the owners of Vulcan. I have reviewed your email correspondence with us, and we are genuinely sorry for your experience. We have dropped the ball on our communication with you.
Your order has been fully refunded, and we’ll still be sending your product at no cost as an apology for the inconvenience.
This experience is not the norm for us, we pride ourselves on being responsive, transparent and reliable (which we hope is reflected by the majority of our other reviews). We have already put in place new measures with the customer service team to ensure that these issues surrounding ETA's do not happen again.
As I mentioned in my email to you, please reach out if there is anything further we can do to make it up to you.
Kind regards
Justin
Great customer service and high quality stiff
I came in the store 15 minutes before they close, to buy rubber matts and some dumbbells. They took the time to assist me, explaining the different options etc. And provided me with a discount, without me having to ask for it.
Equipment is very high quality too, unfortunately they didn’t have the bench with a leg attachment yet, and I was too impatient to wait for it. Really great service overall. Will come back to purchase other free weights and a power rack once I have the space!

The stationery erg bike is not of commerical standard.
The stationery erg bike is small and clunky when pedalling. It is definitely not commercial standard and for the price I would by either an Arrow or Concept one.
Note whilst there ply metric boxes are solid to land on they are also extremely heavy. Not as light as large plyo boxes.

Hi Roger,
Thanks for your feedback and for taking the time to leave a review.
We’d really like to understand more about your experience with the Aero Max Bike Machine. This model is designed as a heavy-duty unit and we supply it to a number of commercial gyms, so I’d appreciate if you could clarify what you mean by the bike feeling “small” and “clunky.” That way, we can investigate further and see how best we can improve your experience.
Regarding the plyometric boxes - we designed them to be extremely solid and stable for safety, which can make them heavier compared to other options. We completely understand your point and will look into ways we can improve usability while keeping the durability and safety intact.
We take reviews very seriously, and your feedback helps us get better. If you’d like, please reach out to us directly at support@vulcanfitness.com.au
so we can assist you further.
Best Regards,
