I ordered VWar GPS watch that it did not work. The GPS failed over and over, and never worked at all. I contacted the company and they did nothing about it. It took almost 2 weeks to talk them into letting me return it, and even then they wanted to charge me shipping costs that amounted to the cost of the watch itself. I thought I would take a chance on a VWar watch and I regret ever doing so.

Una stella perché non si può mettere meno…per ricevere l’orologio ci sono voluti 40 giorni, pensavo fosse andato perso, poi finalmente appena arrivato e configurato, durante l’aggiornamento si è spento e non si è più riacceso, morto, soluzione dovrei rispedirlo al mittente a mie spese attendere magari due mesi per riaverlo indietro, lasciate perdere vwar

Ich habe die bestellte Uhr erhalten. Beide Armbänder waren kaputt. Man wollte mir neue schicken. 80 Tage später habe ich immer noch keine. Kann die Uhr nicht nutzen und man möchte mir 2 Dollar als Ersatz anbieten. Der Kundenservice ist einfach nur schlecht. Man muss jede Email und jede Frage wieder beantworten obwohl man es schon fast 10 mal gemacht hat. Und trotzdem helfen Sie keinem. Sie verlangen noch etwas zu bestellen, sodass sie die neuen Armbänder mit der neuen Bestellung liefern können. Ich habe an das Gute geglaubt und bin bestraft. Hätte es über Paypql zurückholen können. Die Frist dort ist abgelaufen. Finger weg von diesen Verbrechern. Über Aliexpress beispielsweise hat alles einwandfrei auch mit Retoure funktioniert.

Ondanks dat er veel negativiteit over VWAR wordt geschreven is mijn ervaring het tegendeel. Het horloge wat ik heb besteld (VWAR Ace) en ontvangen is cf de beschrijving op de website. Hij voldoet aan de verwachting. Hoe je het wendt of keert je krijgt een chinees van een budgetmerk. Dat betekent dat de sensoren niet van die kwaliteit zijn als van een merk horloge zoals Huawei of Samsung. Dat weet je van te voren, daarom is ie ook goedkoop. De batterijduur is verder uitstekend. Ik heb 'm vergeleken met mijn samsung watch 6 classic maar daar wijkt ie niet veel van af, behalve van de slaapsensoren. Het enige nadeel vind ik de "Fitbeing" app die er bij hoort. Deze is erg beperkt met zijn watchfaces en het is dus kiezen uit de minst lelijke. Ik weet dat dit heel erg persoonlijk is maar je merkt wel dat de chinezen een andere smaak hebben dan een Europeaan. Tip voor VWAR; misschien wat meer verschillende watchfaces uploaden in de app?
Ik zou in het vervolg kiezen voor een smartwatch met de "Gloryfitpro" app. Die heeft veel meer watchfaces om uit te kiezen. Voor de rest ziet het horloge er heel degelijk uit en is mooi afgewerkt.

They put the wrong zip code on my delivery order when I gave them the correct zip code. They then are saying my order is delivered even though it clearly shows delivered to a USPS agent in a different city of my address while the order is marked as returned to sender.

SCAM company!!!

First they sold me a non working useless watch. I contacted them to get my money back, but they kept saying that the watch was fine. I posted tons of videos showing that the watch didn’t work, but still they didn’t refund me my money.
I made a 1 star review on the product on their website, but they removed my review, so that it is only 5 star reviews showing.
Really a scam company!!

A lot of attention especially in these holidays I ordered in vwar my first time and I had no problems with the delivery but now I ordered a second time and now the package was lost and they blame the carrier delivery and the carrier delivery blame them. I lost my package and my money. I never buy anything again here they are thieves

I ordered a watch from VWAR and have been waiting for a month, but it was never delivered. They used Yanwen courier, and the tracking shows “Delivery Rejected / RTO.” I asked for a refund, but they replied that it will only be processed once the product is returned to the seller. They also mentioned that Yanwen does not return products, they just destroy them.

Ecco un altro campione e questa volta stranamente ha sempre a che fare con Aliexpress.
Acquisto uno smartwatch e questo arriva con tutta la parte intorno alla corona in uno stato pietoso sembra arruginito, ma poi essendo alluminio (almeno così dichiarano) mi domando ma come mai ?
Noto che lo scatolo non ha sigilli e la cassa nella parte inferiore non ha nemmeno il classico adesivo ... che sia un reso rimesso in vendita ?
Con una santa pazienza provo a pulirlo e viene quasi tutto via. A questo punto mi chiedo ma possibile inviare un oggetto nuovo in questo stato, lo riferisco mi accordano un parziale rimborso ma poi pretendono 5 stelle in cambio. Su aliexpress non si può modificare una recensione ne aggiungere stelle e io ne avevo date 3. A questo non vogliono rimborsare nemmeno un cent per le 5 stelle non ricevute ... poco seri e per niente professionali per non definirli in altro modo se avessi letto le altre recensioni non avrei certo acquistato da loro ,,,,, poi chiedere 5 stelle per rimborsare, mi sa di ricatto, hanno perso un altro clienti e visto il punteggio che hanno credo che ne perderanno tanti abbastanzq presto, contenti loro contenti tutti !

a shitty service in China that always answers you the next morning even if you speak to them at 8pm in Quebec, plus the delivery is super slow even if I paid $38 for express delivery, I received the watch 3 weeks later with a bonus.....customs to pay $40 damn! 😡

Dont order, shitty support and bad products

Ho acquistato vwar4. Le notifiche non funzionano e nulla era detto al momento del mio acquisto. Decidi quindi di restituirlo.Ti dicono di non restituirlo perché molto cara la spedizione. Costo da Italia più di 40€. Chiedo allora che mi diano uno sconto sull'acquisto per ammortizzare il costo di restituzione. Mi viene concesso ma solo dopo molto tempo scopro che lo sconto é riconosciuto su di un nuovo acquisto. Mi riconoscono il 15% di sconto. Peccato che siamo al black Friday ed é già prevista la scontistica del 15% sul secondo acquisto. Decido qui di di tenerlo. Lascio una cattiva recensione sul loro sito. Sembra serio almeno il sistema di recensioni dove ti obbligano a passare da un sito esterno per confermarla. Peccato che la rimuovono dopo tempo. Quindi:non acquistare da questi signori che imbrogliano e pagano youtuber per fare video non veritieri. Nei video si vede che le recensioni arrivano. Ma non é vero. Da ultimo avevo chiesto che fosse disponibile Google assistant. Non é disponibile in Italiano dallo smartwatch. Peccato che Google assistant é disponibile in italiano su qualsiasi sistema android. Quindi non fidarti nemmeno dell'assistenza perché dicono cose non vere solo affinché tu compri i loro prodotti.

Sono obbligato a mettere una stella, ma chiunque voglia acquistare, da questa azienda,deve sapere che le indicazioni degli smartwatch non sono come dicono, o acquistato la settimana scorsa, uno smartwatch android, dopo averlo ricevuto, quasi 16 giorni, lo provo, e noto che non si puo connettere allo smartphone, avverto il venditore, per fare il reso, e al quanto molto arrogante , mi dice che nelle spiegazioni della vendita ci sono le istruzioni, che lo smartwach, non e possibile, poterlo collegare a nessuno smartphone, perche essendo un android a un programma tutto suo,ed io gli dico che non c'e nulla che indichi questo nelle dichiarazioni,e che quando o effettuato l'ordine o chiesto se avesse funzione di collegamento allo smartphone, e mi e stato risposto di si, ne sul sito e nessuno altra parte,comunque a parte questo per la restituzione, sarebbe stata a mio carico, e dovevo dichiarare 5 euro, per il passaggio della dogana,ed il costo della spedizione, mi sarebbe costata piu del valore dello smartwatch, ecco perche ho deciso di mettere questa recinsione,per chiunque dovesse acquistare da questo sito,VWAR faccia bene a chiedere meglio e valutare la situazione, per legge l'acquirente deve poter valutare l'acquisto in ogni sua forma, e non essere ingannato con falsa pubblicita'
