Returning customer
Returning customer, can't fault ordering process. I had a query regarding a part number as there was 2 items with the same number but differently priced. The agent explained the issue straight away. Delivery was with a couple of days. And everything i purchased was cheaper than my local dealer by nearly 50%.

Ordered parts on a 3-4 day delivery and…
Ordered parts on a 3-4 day delivery and paid for the delivery. Taking away one day for the bank holiday weekend 7 days on and still no sign of the parts. They were not shipped until day 3 via fed ex. Not sure if this was tied to a call I made to be parts on day 3 to query why there has been no despatch. Fed ex emailed today to say the parts would be delivered on 3/9 yet today is 5/9. Called vw parts but went to voicemail. Left a voicemail but no call back. The moral here is it you want some parts on a reasonable turnaround go to Euro Parts from whom I have always received an excellent service. They may not be vw but the high end of their range is equally as good and you will probably get the next day delivery for free! Good luck if you use vw parts. I hope you receive a better service.

I wanted some spare bulbs
I wanted some spare bulbs in case of problems due to possible lockdowns over the winter. Some stocks are getting low on websites, or impossible to get even now that the lockdown has eased.
They were securely packaged and arrived the next day! Perfect service.
