The item arrived on time. On sale, so happy.

I just want to say how grateful I’ve been for Vx3’s fantastic customer service this week.

My son has been training for East Wales rugby league and I ordered the kit from Vx3 in 13 November. It was explained clearly that it would take a while due to the embroidery etc. at the time we were t aware of when the first game would be or whether my son would even be selected for the squad.

Fast forward to this week (Tuesday 25th) and we find out he’s been selected in the starting squad for this Saturday. I contact Vx3 and it’s not going to be out until next week for delivery 😢

I speak to one of the customer team, I’m just sorry I didn’t catch his name, and plead for the order to be expedited. He says he’ll do his best, and this morning I get a message to say it’s out for delivery!

We placed a bulk order of the Q-Zip Mid Layer tops for our team and were really disappointed with what arrived. The sizing is completely off — every top comes up absolutely enormous and shapeless, with no structure at all. Even when sizing down, the fit is still baggy and unflattering, nothing like the fitted, performance-style mid-layer advertised.
For a team order, this was particularly frustrating as none of the players felt comfortable wearing them, and we now have a whole batch of tops that aren’t fit for purpose. The quality of the material is fine, but the cut and proportions let the product down massively.
We’d really appreciate clearer sizing guidance on the website (or a more accurate cut!) so other teams don’t make the same mistake. At the moment, I couldn’t recommend these tops based on our experience. As a mid layer they are so long nothing would really go on top of it!

I ordered some t-shirts from the VX-3 website at 2 for £20 which is great value for this quality of product. I also paid an additional £5.99 for postage and packaging, which is expensive, but the website did say: “All non-personalised orders are sent on a tracked next day service, and will be fulfilled on the day of the order if placed before 2pm UK time.” Based on this, I didn’t mind the price too much as that is a fast turnaround.

In the end it took a week for VX-3 to dispatch the parcel. It was then delivered by courier the following day.

I’m a repeat customer and while I’ve always been happy with the products supplied by VX-3, the service aspect seems to be getting both more expensive and worse unfortunately.

It would be five stars for the value of the product, but it’s minus one for the expensive and slow service, and minus another for telling porkies on the website.

The clothes are always great value and quality. My past 2 orders ive had items cancelled and refunded. My 2nd order was processed and paid for 3 weeks ago.
I ordered 1 pair of trousers with my club logo on. This takes extra time. I had to wait for full order. By the time they were made, a sale
Salford jacket was out of stock.
This item was meant to be an Christmas present. Can they not send out part order or notify me to try and replace. I want to order the same Jacket but falcons one now, but have to pay a 2nd delivery

Every order is shipped on time, put an order in for a rugby tour and they went above and beyond to get it to me on time.
