Very nice pieces that I brought these for my loved ones for Christmas hoping they really like them

This company is extremely poor to deal with if you are not satisfied with their service. I ordered an item that should have been inscribed daughter they sent me one saying sister, I don t have a sister. The verse that was printed on it had been put on in reverse read from right to left. I sent a number of emails asking for a replacement and finally I requested a refund to which they didn t reply or to any of my previous emails. In my view extremely poor service when in my mind they have not full filled their part of the purchase. It as just been a waste of money to me I could have sent it to a charity

The delivery took absolute ages to come then it was the wrong product, I’ve emailed twice for an explanation and I’ve not had a reply.

Okay for the job, not sure how many uses before it falls apart but we’ll see!

The mop is excellent whoever designed it is very clever
But the delivery experience was a huge disappointment
I received many emails whilst waiting for delivery which took over 1 month, but was very wary to open them as
they had no content..
The price of someone accessing my bank far outweighed the receipt of the goods.
Having said that ... I would be very very reluctant to order from you again unless you used a more reliable delivery provider ... suggesting DPD for one..
I couldn't see the reason I would have to reply to an email that already had my delivery information on the label..

A wonderful way to make you think and try to outwit your opponent. Helps to keep your brain alert as you are growing older.

Everything was aa expected no problems the whole experience was good.

It was delivered on time. It looks good but because they were gifts for my grandchildren I was a bit disappointed with the packaging and have had to go out and buy gift boxes as a cost of £2 each

Terrible customer service, order supposed to be delivered, but wasn’t. Put in a complaint. Never order again

To long a wait for delivery ithought it was in stock when ordering not coming from china

Loved the mop but handle could do with being a bit stronger
