Incorrect product supplied
I ordered Inadine PVP-I Non-Adherent Dressings. The lettering on the box is red, and I have been using this type of dressing for my diabetic foot ulcer whenever it occurs.
However, when I received my order from Vyne, the product was different. Instead of the Inadine dressing I ordered, I received a product labelled Solventum Inadine. This is not the product I ordered.
I did not make a complaint because I felt there was little point, as it would only have led to unnecessary back-and-forth correspondence.
I am providing this feedback because customers quite reasonably expect to receive exactly the product they have ordered. If a product has been rebranded or replaced with an alternative, this should be clearly stated on the product page before purchase so that customers can make an informed decision.
Although I appreciate that my feedback, given the relatively low value of my purchase, is unlikely to have any significant impact on your business, I hope you will accept it as constructive feedback and consider improving the accuracy of your product listings. Doing so would help build customer confidence and avoid unnecessary disappointment.

I’m sorry to hear that the product you received has different packaging/branding from the images displayed on our website. Rest assured, this is the same product, but with updated branding.
