Please avoid this scam of a company

Similar story to others. Ordered a lawn sweeper with gloves as a freebie, only received the gloves two months later. Was told by support that the purchase I made was a sweepstakes entry to try and win a lawn sweeper. Obviously not what I understood when I made the purchase. I have since been charged a $49.99 monthly fee 3 times that I am now disputing. Please avoid this company.

Total Scam!

I bought a one time 2 bottle order. The company has repeatedly taken money from my account unauthorized. After repeatedly emailing the refunded my money, and found where they again charged my account fraudulently this morning. I would never order from this company again. Please find a reputable source for your methylene blue

Deceptive Subscription Practices

My husband ordered Methaline Blue. We did receive our product, however, we started being changed $49.99 a month. At first, I thought they were breaking out the payments. NOOO, the charge was for a membership which only gives you lower prices WHEN you order. With the monthly fee you are paying just as much or more than what you would normally pay. Stay away from them!

Scam Company

Terrible business

Do not buy from Vizoya. For one, they use a predatory subscription practice, by charging $49 a month for absolutely nothing. And most people don't realize the charges until a random charge appears on their bank statement or app. Second, be very careful what you consume, a lot of methalyene blue, is fake. Made in China and can be harmful if used.

Don't buy anything from vizoya

This is the worst company hands down that I've ever dealt with ordering anything. They said they would stop my subscription yet took more money as if they didn't reassure me no more charges would be made. Then it's been over 3 months since my first order which they didn't send the free bottle with and claim to have sent the second bottle as it should have been included and with two bottles plus the following months bottles for gods sake USPS messes up but not every damn package from a company nor has it ever taken over 3 months to correct their mistakes. And to tell me that all the packages that should have been here got lost in the shuffle. Come on how stupid they assume we are. I've request a full refund and they continue to refuse to do so. And the only reason I gave one star is bc I couldn't leave a review. Don't even think about buying from these crooks

This company is not upfront about the…

This company is not upfront about the $49.99 membership/subscription fee they will charge you every month. You get nothing for this fee except a zillion email ads for supplements. We had no idea this was being charged to our card every month until we went over a few credit statements and realized what the company was doing. So be aware of this and watch your statements.

Terrible customer service and very unprofessional. Ordered on 4-21 was supposed to arrive in 4 to 10 days. Charged my card and sent order confirmation. Tracked it to US customs which was on 5/4, nothing after that. And if this is an American company, why does it ship out of China? So called customer service on 5/15, the customer service representative was rude, clueless. Said there was no such order and I was no even documentation of me being in there system. Even though I can document card charges, order documentation and they have sent me 14 emails with promos for other products! All she said was to despute the charge. Done and ordered from Merkati which ships out of Las Vegas, I would recommend the same.

THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY!

When you order from this company, you’re ordering from another country. I purchased two for one, but they only sent me one bottle. But before that, I tried to cancel because I told them that the order was taken too long. They responded back by saying that because my order is custom-made it takes time. I had only ordered methylene blue so I was confused about why it was custom-made. They ignored my request to get my money back and instead immediately shipped out an order. This was in March 2025. On May 5 of 2025 I noticed that I had a charge for $49.99 from VIZOYA which I had not authorized. I called my bank to dispute the charge and then my bank told me that they had charged me on April 7th as well for the same amount. I was so upset and I had to cancel my debit card. RUN FROM THIS COMPANY They are scammers!

Company is a scam!!!

Company is a scam. I ordered products on 2/24/25, here it is 4/26/25 with nothing to show for it. I am completely disgusted. I asked for a full refund, and I am getting the run around. I will be reporting them to the attorney general!!!
