Poor comms, time wasted - they were slow and unresponsive so we lost a few days then went to a competitor. They blamed email spam filters, but even multiple texts were ignored.

Unprofessional response after a simple cancellation
I cancelled my service because the product was not satisfactory. I did not ask for a refund and my communication with the company was always polite.
After the cancellation, they blocked me on WhatsApp without any explanation, which effectively cut off all communication.
This felt extremely unprofessional and confirmed that cancelling the service was the right decision.
Update: The company responded to this review stating there were multiple communication channels available. However, my point remains that I was unable to contact them again via the same WhatsApp channel where the entire onboarding took place.

Thank you for your review. Feedback is always welcome, although in this case it may help readers if a little more context is added.
You first contacted us via our business WhatsApp on 24 February. After approximately 25 messages, you informed us that you had decided to use another provider. We wished you well and the conversation ended.
On 26 February at 12:10, you contacted us again to say you would like to proceed after all. After a further 61 messages, you subscribed to our VO Scan Monthly package (£20.83 excl. VAT per company) for two companies. The product description clearly explains that this service provides mail scanning and forwarding by email.
Our team responded to your messages throughout the process, including late evening on Friday (22:10) and again on Sunday, as we try to be as helpful as possible when new clients are onboarding. In total, 165 WhatsApp messages were exchanged.
After completing the required KYC biometric identity check, AML compliance checks and address verification, your account was activated and a welcome email was sent on Monday at 15:01.
At 15:33 the same day, 32 minutes later we received a message requesting cancellation because the scan to email service was not what you wanted, despite this being the exact service purchased. You also mentioned that document tracking was important. For clarity, postal mail in the UK is only tracked if a tracked postal service is used. Standard post has never been trackable, regardless of provider.
We processed your cancellation immediately. As explained at the time, the first month’s subscription is non-refundable once AML/KYC checks have been completed, as these external checks incur real costs. This is also stated in the confirmation email issued when subscribing. If cancellation is requested before checks are carried out, we are always happy to provide a full refund.
Our final WhatsApp message simply said:
“Many thanks, we wish you all the best.”
In your review you mention that communication was cut off because you could not message us again on WhatsApp. However, we remain reachable via email, our main telephone line, our website contact form, Google messaging, and as demonstrated LinkedIn, where you later contacted our Managing Director.
After 165 WhatsApp messages, onboarding checks carried out over the weekend, and a cancellation request 32 minutes after activation, we felt the matter had reached a fairly natural conclusion.
We nevertheless wish you the very best and hope you find a provider whose services better match your expectations.
