Waddle Insurance Avis 

So far I’ve loved being with waddle, yet to claim, but the service has been fantastic, super simple, accommodating and really invested in getting the best for YOU, not them. Clear and concise information, a well presented and easy to follow welcome pack, and when you ring up to ask a question, it’s not a random call center, you deal with your own advisor and no one else. Will definitely be re-investing in further policies. Will be a ‘waddler’ from now on.

I have recently updated my life and critical illness cover to make sure my children are provided for if anything should happen to me. Waddle made the process so easy and I was reassured every step of the way. Aimee especially has made sure I am getting the cover that I need so that I don't need to worry. Exceptional service!

They called me out of blue but they were very professional, lots knowledge and explained how my current life insurance was not the right choice anymore. They swiftly booked me an appointment but unfortunately somehow they never called me back. I left it for a while but I thought I’d give them another chance and I’m glad I did, they picked and sorted the right policy for us and it was such an easy stress free process. Highly recommended.

Cannot recommend Waddle enough I have spoken to both Declan and Becky extremely polite & helpful. Declan managed to save me over £5 a month and provide better cover for myself.

Great customer service - very patient and knowledgeable

Cold called. Obscure about their role and reason for calling. Called themself policy protect. Claiming to provide a service that checks your current insurance is adequate because my existing supplier won't / can't. Said he was consulting his superior, nope, he was putting me through to pushy rude young man number 2. Evasive and rude when I asked for more explanation. Expecting me to give a cold caller information about my life insurance policy and impatirnt and rude when I refused. Acting like a government research /service. They may be a legit company but the person who called me was rude when I was cautious of the cold call (ever heard of scammers?). It was a great effort to get out of them that they were actually calling to try and sell me life insurance. If they had been more honest and open, I may well have been more confident to engage with them.
Edit **They questioned through Trustpilot whether this review is mistaken and about another company. It is not. The man on the phone said "Waddle, like a penguin" when I didn't catch him the first time. Definitely Waddle.

Great experience with Waddle. Liam was great in keeping me informed and getting in touch with Zurich to sort out any queries / issues.
