We have ordered before without a problem, and we were happy with the results we were seeing from the puppy calming chews however we have placed our third order and nothing! Our account online shows the order as cancelled. My husband emailed and had a curt reply that the order was cancelled. No reason, no appology. It said a refund had been made. Guess what...no refund received. Follow up emails have been ignored and a Facebook message has remained unread. Shame as we were fans. I would advise not ordering from this company now.

Really researched and believed in this company & product. Decided to give it a go especially as they advertised a no quibble 90 day money back guarantee. Unfortunately my pup had an extreme negative reaction to the calm chew even when tried on reduced dose. Can’t be helped. In good faith have now tried to contact them twice … they only have contact by email.,, I’ve explained what happened, asked to activate money back guarantee and also advise to which ingredient probably will be causing the reaction…. Been over a week now with no reply to either email… so disappointing

Given to visiting dogs (as we’re waiting for the right puppy currently) all the dogs loved the calm treat.
