fabulous poles
Love the poles, finials, brackets and very very speedy service. My fitter tells me that I ought to have a central bracket for the second, narrower pole due to the curtains being heavy so just about to go online to order that and trying to drum up some other clients for you x Jacky Beavan - Coach House Interiors

Exceptional Customer Service, Outstanding Product
Exceptional customer service at this company took me completely by surprise. This level of personal, thoughtful and intelligent response to a small (delivery) issue is very rare, and deeply appreciated.
I left a message on voicemail when my delivery was delayed and I received an in person call back within 2 hours, reassuring that a resolution was being sought. When my curtain rail arrived it far exceeded expectations, very high quality and design even more attractive than in the pictures.
Well done!!!

Very good quality product
Very good quality product, although we use professional fitters, we felt they were easy to fit. Beautiful to look at and the rings glide well over the pole, especially with a blast of Silicone to ease the 'glide' further. Good customer service and quick delivery. Will use them as a staple 'value' pole going forward.
