Walker and Hunt is a great brand. I have ordered of them a few times and the quality of the clothes is superb and also the customer service is also top notch. I would highly recommend ordering off walker and hunt.

Firstly the product is great. The website is easy to use. The orders are dispatched quickly and the returns/ exchange is easy to use.

I purchased a weekend bag as a gift and after some time there was an issue with the clasp on the shoulder strap. I contacted customer services, the communication was excellent and professional. Within one week I received a replacement strap and the bag is fully usable again. I will definitely purchase from this company again.

Quality of the clothing is unreal which you are always guaranteed with Walker and Hunt.

Just wanted to shout out the customer service here. They are fast, professional, and actually nice to talk to. Any issues or questions get sorted right away without any hassle. 10/10 service.

High quality products. I have made multiple purchases, particularly of Smart pants which look great and are very comfortable, and of quarter zips which also look good and have kept quality after many washes. Very happy with customer service, as the only issue I had (a sizing issue) was promptly followed up with and resolved. Smooth delivery experience too.

Delivery took 22 days, while when ordering it said shipping would take 5-7 business days.

Response on status update was ''the courier is currently collecting them from the airport'' and more than a week passed by without hearing anything.

quite expensive for the quality (smart pants). guess not buying from insta ads anymore.

Feel like I have to leave a review for this company as don't want others to have a similar experience. I ordered two jumpers on 28th Jan. We're now on the 23 Feb and still no items or tracking details have been received. After emailing their support team, it turns out they never had any stock ready to go for these items to begin with. Very misleading to customers to advertise items when they are out of stock.

Seems quite fraudulent if you ask me and I won't be buying from these people again.

I placed my order two weeks ago, and every time I hear that the order will be shipped next week. I've been hearing this for two weeks now. I find this remarkable and hope that I can receive more information about my shipment than the same message from your service team every time.

I still haven't received my order and would like to know how much longer this will take. I haven't received any updates about my order either. My order number is: 26938.

I bought three items from this shop, and never again.
First, the reviews on their site are totally misleading. They use a service called Judge.Me which gathers customer reviews, but it means that Walker and Hunt can decide which reviews to publish on their website, and which not to publish. This is how their products have overwhelmingly good reviews.

The products themselves are ok, but only ok. I bought two pairs of "Smart Pants" from them - one black, one navy. Both fit great, and they're comfortable, but the material they're made from is incredibly cheap. Polyester, nylon and a bit of elastic. This is especially noticeable in the black pair, which have this awful shiny appearance.

I also bought a Half Zip top. Looks nice, feels soft, the fit isn't great, and again, the materials are so incredibly cheap. Nylon, PTT (which is plastic), Acrylic and 5 % wool.

It's a cheap brand pretending to be mid-market.
Of course, neither of my negative reviews were published on their site.
Spend your money on something of better quality.

My purchase was described well with accurate photos of the product. It was just what I was looking for. Love the bag lining and embossed emblem on.

The products have always been really good quality - I'd just like to add any dealings with the staff have been very smooth as they are very helpful and prioritise helping their customers!

My experience with Walker & Hunter was great. The quality of their clothes are really amazing, and when I accidentally ordered the wrong size jumper their customer service was speedy and I was able to get the correct size at the same time I got my other clothes (thank you Joanna).
Would definitely shop here again!

Quality material and great service

Walker & Hunt popped up on my social feed around Christmas time last year and I loved the look of their Lando knitted stuff. I ordered a few knits to the UK along with a jumper and I absolutely loved the fit, style and quality of the garms! I'd say delivery took roughly 7-8 days (so don't expect rapid delivery - then again, this was over Christmas/New Year) but once it came I was over the moon with the quality of the items. I'm wearing them every day. I'm having to return one jumper at my own expense due to it not suiting me but as they're based in Belfast and I'm in London, both being in the UK, it's not as expensive as shipping back to ROI. Really look forward to seeing the future of this brand develop! A*
