Bad groomer

B4 I went to this place is looked at reviews. Most appeared to be good. However, they must be fake, or ppl just don't care. I wanted my Chihuahuas nails filed. She clipped them. And my one Chihuahua made almost every nail bleed. My golden retriever was on the table to get nails done. She did file them. However, the table kept wobbling, and she charged extra to trim there paws. Everyplace I talked to said that is part of the nail trim! Also, when you go in it's full of screaming , barking puppies. Not calm environment. Very stressful for human and animal! Plus it's not very clean. And my thought was, when you bathe my Goldens. Are you placing them in a cage right out where all these puppies are running around? I would not go back here, I would not recommend anyone go to this place. Very disappointed. I am new to the area,. So my dogs are stressed enough. I don't want them to be stressed more by having them groomed at a place that is loud, and they are tormented by puppies. To me this place just wants money, money. Well put some money into your business. And keep them puppies separate. And have proper equipment and a proper place to do grooming! Sorry, but this place is below standard!

Bait and Switch, dishonourable practices.

They send a voucher for 20% - sounds nice?
Go to the site, put something in the basket, add the voucher - basket shows price less 20%
Put a few more of the item in the basket - basket still shows price less 20%
Click checkout - price quietly goes up as they've chosen to automatically apply a 'volume discount' voucher which is only 10% off.

Complain to customer services only to be told that you cannot apply more than one voucher, I only wanted to apply one voucher.

Honestly just feels like they want to tempt you into buying & hope you don't notice when the price goes up at the last step.

Thieves

Taking payments for subscriptions they know they can't fulfill promising delivery of last orders knowing they are going out of business £120 out of pocket now and home have to fork out again to get food in for the cats last minute.
Terrible! Give us our money back!!!

Terrible

I had a subscription set up with Walkies for the delivery of my dogs food. On Friday 18 August I received an email to confirm the upcoming regular order and payment. On Monday 21 August when I logged into my account only to see the order had been cancelled. Only today via the recent recent reviews on Trust Pilot have I found out they ceased trading. I din't even receive an email from the company. And I don't know if I'll get the money back from this order.

Company now closed. Orders late or not fulfilled despite being charged subscription. Cannot and will not recommend

This company has now ceased trading. Scroll to end of review for update. I had a subscription with the company to be fulfilled every 5 weeks for dog kibble for some months. The latest payment was taken out on 13th August 2023 and an email to state money had been paid and the order would be fulfilled shortly. This was not fulfilled. No further emailed correspondence was received. When I logged onto my account, the message was that the company were unable to fulfil at this time due to a company warehouse relocation. Fearing that I would lose the payment and having to fulfil the order requirement elsewhere for a hungry dog, I emailed the online firm as I could not contact by phone. No response was received so I was forced to cancel the order on 20 August. I presume that they were not prepared to fulfill my order due to a price increase and only received a curt your order has been cancelled when they presumably knew the business was closing. At least they could have contacted awaiting order contacts for a known supposed closure due to relocation. This is not the first time an order has been late. Deeply disappointed and dissatisfied. Cannot and will not recommend. Update as of 22 Aug at 17.48. Walkies decided to issue a blanket email stated they were longer in business. Disgusting act of lack of communication and thought for customers both canine and human. Why was money processed knowing they were going out of business. A dreadful experience.

Worst experience ever

If I could put zero stars, I would.
It all started with them putting the wrong item in my order, dog food instead of cat food. It took more than a week to have this sorted out. My cats were out of food because of them.
They never collected the wrong item a d it's been more than 3 weeks I'm storing it.
I've been told my next order will be on them and that they'll arrange the collection of the wrong item, to this date they never sent that email stating next order is on them and the dog food is still in my place.
It's been 2 weeks they don't answer my emails (I've sent probably more than 6) and a week they're not answering my calls.
I feel I've been treated like a fool and this is utterly unprofessional. I've never experienced anything near that my whole life.
Absolutely not trustworthy.

One of the worst experience ever..

They sent me a cat food with expired best before date. After that even I returned the item, they didn't give my money back and refuse to return to my emails. More than a month right now since I returned the purchased item. Never going to shop here again.

Super treats!

I ordered the Quail and Salmon treats for my very fussy dog to try to encourage her to eat. I know the Quail ones went down a treat in the surgery so am very hopeful. Service and communication excellent. Thank you.

Fantastic service

Dealing with Ryan at walkies can't be any easier. Since our cat has been advised to go on and specific diet, I found 'walkies' to be by far the most economical by having a regular 2 week delivery. I had to speak to someone too and was very pleasently surprised to be talking to someone within 2 rings of the phone. Ryan dealt with my change in requirements rapidly and efiently and the order turned up within 24 hrs - amazing service. Certainly can not fault. Well done.
