We had a call to say our appointment had to be rescheduled and Robert could not have been more accommodating as he knew we were travelling some distance. Three days later we went to Frosts Pharmacy and they were able to reorganise the paperwork and Rachel was able to very efficiently give us the immunisations. Thank you.

I was greeted by friendly staff and asked to take a seat as I was early for my appointment, a short while later Aleks who was the travel consultant invited me into the medical room, Aleks was friendly and welcoming, she asked me various questions related to my forthcoming travel whilst looking at the information on her screen with relation to the country that I'm travelling to, there were a number of inoculations that whilst weren't absolutely essential they were advised depending on your length of stay or activities undertaken whilst abroad, absolutely no pressure was put upon me to have these inoculations.
Aleks was absolutely professional and the injections given were as painless as could be.
I would have no hesitation in recomending walk-in travel clinic to others.

I was given the last Hepatitis B vaccination today (there are three altogether). I asked to postpone my originally booked appointment on the phone on Thursday, so it was moved to this morning. It only turned out today that they do not normally give vaccinations on Saturdays, so they were a bit surprised when I arrived. However, I felt I was welcomed and I didn't even have to wait. Aleks, the lady who gave me the jab remembered me because she had given me the second one last year - and because last year I was really scared due to my extremely negative experience with the first one, which I was given elsewhere. I was very happy to see her today. If my appointment hadn't been postponed, I couldn't have seen her because she didn't work on Thursday! To be honest, I was still a bit nervous but it was so much better than last year. She was very kind and gentle, just like last December, so it was easy to relax. The vaccination did not hurt and although it was delivered very slowly and gently, it only took a few seconds. My arm has been all right ever since. In fact, it was even better than the second one last year! Thank you ever so much for the great service I received today and last December, I really appreciate it!

My second visit to Walkintravelclinic, Oxford. Very helpful and quick. The pharmacist gave me the vaccinations and medication I need, together with relevant advice. Receipt and patient record sent to me by email. I recommend this travel clinic.

5* from first contact to leaving the travel clinic. I had contacted my local Abingdon clinic to enquire about the vaccinations needed for my daughter. The receptionist was transactional - and took more time to ensure I knew about the deposit and payment terms than expressing any empathy for my questions or concerns. I’d therefore recommend the time to travel to Marston - simpler process, friendlier staff, and CHEAPER. And their follow up is excellent too!

I went for a pre travel assessment and advice about vaccinations. I saw Kambez, who was friendly, knowledgeable and really helpful about what I needed. The clinic was happy to supply the vaccines and medicines, but equally happy to offer advice about what was available (on nhs) through my GP surgery. I found it a really valuable resource and will definitely use them again.

Overall, very disappointing experience.I went in for a travel clinic appointment, there was a bit of a queue and they took a while to address my presence and then just said to wait- didnt say how long (ended up being 20 minutes). The appointment consisted of the doctor just searching for travel vaccinations online and then making me pay for a form. I felt like they took advantage of the fact that I didn't know the procedure etc and proceeded to charge me for a useless piece of paper and info I can get online.

The gentleman that saw me today had great customer service and explained everything I needed to know to me before I even asked.
He was calm and helpful. I definitely recommend if you are having trouble getting your travel jabs at your gp.
