One waits for prescription to be full filled that was prescribed DAYS earlier. On the last occasion my wait was 25 minutes!!!

I booked into the walkintravelclinic at…Banbury
I booked into the walkintravelclinic at the last minute as I had had a busy run up to my trip and not been organised properly. I needed an appointment quickly and it was easy to book in and although I had to travel to Banbury from my home in Northampton is was worth it for the peace of mind that my vaccinations were completed.
Ali Ahsan Bhatti was my consultant and he was very thorough, patient and relaxed. I felt completely at ease and confident in his advice.

What a fantastic service
What a fantastic service, thorough and informative. My young son and I had some last minute travel vaccinations. We were fully briefed on the nature of the vaccinations and given various options. The doctor/pharmacist was wonderful with my son, kept him calm throughout and she was very gentle (he was very happy with his lollypop and bravery certificate). The consultation room was spotless too. A very positive experience. I absolutely would recommend this service.

Wow what an amazing service
Wow what an amazing service. I phoned up on Monday in a panic after just booking a last minute holiday not realising we needed to have an injection. They were able to fit us in at such short notice (3 hours after phoning). When we arrived the pharmacist who dealt with us was absolutely brilliant (i'm afraid we didnt get your name - male dark haired with a beard) but you answered all of our questions (and there were many). I only wish you were our local pharmacy. Such a pleasure to deal with and would recommend to everyone.

We received 'Excellent service' on our visit to the Walk in clinic at Marston Oxford.
We were given a full brief on 'Yellow Fever' relating to our holiday and we would have no hesitation in recommending family, friends and anybody to use the Walk in clinic.

Very professional
Very prompt, helpful, professional and pain-free. I was surprised that my arm was not disinfected before the needle was inserted, which is why I have given my experience a 4 and not a 5, though I realise that there may be a good clinical reason for this - but it would have helped to be told why this was not done.
However, the nurse did an excellent job, and was very friendly and gave confidence. Thank you.

All of us at Frosts Group would like to thank you for bringing this to our attention, there is now a notice in our travel pharmacies which states: Please note that at our clinics we do not disinfect the vaccination site prior to administrating that vaccine. This practice is based on recommendations from The Green Book: 'If the skin is clean no further cleaning is necessary, only visibly dirty skin needs to be washed with soap and water.' The notice also states that if requested the pharmacist is happy to proceed with disinfecting.
We all really appreciate your review because we have now implemented changes resulting in improvements to our services.

No queues no fuss no problem
No queues no fuss no problem. Arranged an appointment just a few days beforehand. Our travel jab requirements were checked efficiently, then the jabs themselves were administered easily in comfortable surroundings.
