I recently purchased two very large…
I recently purchased two very large canvas pieces (the rhino and deer designs) from Wall Art Prints. When they arrived, I was disappointed to find that the canvas stretching and finish were not up to the standard I had expected — particularly given the size and price point.
I contacted the company simply explaining the issue and hoping we would find a reasonable solution.
Michael, the owner, personally called me back — and I have to say, his response was nothing short of exceptional. He was professional, respectful, and completely accountable. What truly surprised me was that he offered a full refund without hesitation.
I did not expect that level of resolution at all. In fact, I made it clear that I wasn’t seeking anything so significant. But that kind of integrity and customer care is rare. It showed me that this is a business that genuinely stands behind its products and values its customers.
The refund has now been processed in full.
Mistakes can happen in any business. What defines a company is how they handle them — and in this case, Wall Art Prints went above and beyond.
Because of that, I will absolutely be purchasing my future canvas and artwork from them. Service like this deserves recognition.

Love The Winding Path
The print is fantastic. I wanted intrigue and thats exactly what l got (what's around the winding path) When l put my lamps on either side of the print it becomes almost 3 dimensional, looks brilliant. Love the large size, it was well worth the money. A few people saw it over the weekend and they all said it looked great. So thank you.
