They are voluntarily causing harm to their customers by denying medically needed and doctor prescribed medications. They are also generally the most expensive pharmacy around.

My prescription is for a narcotic,90 supply.I was told that I couldn’t have a refill till 8/7/2022 by the pharmacist.I went to p.u. The prescription on Sunday
Aug 7 th. When I arrived,a sign was posted that the pharmacy is now closed on saturdays and sundays!
No automated call to inform me or any customers of this change! My medication is for seizures! The customer service at Walgreens sucks and I will be switching pharmacies on Monday.

Today 06/03/2022 I called my Pharmacy and was put on hold for 33 minutes. But during that time they picked up 4 times and said just a moment. This was after about 18 minutes. Then the 5th time I was transferred to some number in the store that is never used as I was finally hung up on. I called back and asked for the Pharmacist. I spoke with Him, I was very angry and somewhat loud but never was abusive in any way shape or form. The Pharmacist REFUSED to fill my prescription as he said I was "Rude" and refused to fill it. I need this prescription filled. I have had 9 heart attacks and 25 Angioplasties so anger is somewhat of a non-bedfellow to me. I called customer support and was treated like I should have been from the very beginning.

This is specifically about the store at 8:25 West Baseline baseline and Hardy in Tempe Arizona.For over three years the beer freezer has been stuck open I can’t close it after opening it so now I just don’t buy Single beers there anymore because I can’t close it neither can most of the people that work there I’ve complained about it at least 60 times in the past 3 1/2 years that it hasn’t worked and I feel that the ecological irresponsibility of this company if they can’t fix the freezer door after every single survey that I’ve taken in three years almost I’ve mentioned the door.And I’ve gone through about six different managers there it’s a high turnover store and I’ve told them all-the last two managers of have dismissed me with yeah we’ve told Corporate a bunch of times and they’re not going to do anything about it. I’m hoping that now that this is a resource that I know about that corporate will be shamed enough at one putting their employees through that because it is truly shoulder wrenching and somebody could get injured and to just being so irresponsible to leave a freezer open all the time basically because nobody wants to shut it because it’s a pain in the rear so let’s see if they get off their thumbs and fix what they should’ve fixed three years ago

The Pharmacy at Tutt and Barnes in Colorado Springs does NOT protect their customer's privacy. I had a manager straight out tell me that they are required by HIPAA for customers to verbally provide their address. I provided them with a government-issued photo ID with all my information on it. Called corporate to find out that is not the case.

Company is poorly managed at the store level and especially by corporate. Employees make a lot of mistakes. Not sure if it's Covid-19 brain fog, poor hiring, dumb employees or what, but it seems every time I went in there I found a problem. Make sure you are charged the proper amount, receive the correct change, are treated with courtesy and respect. If you believe you have been cheated by Walgreens, complain to your local Consumer Fraud agency, Better Business Bureau, Attorney General's Office (this is best), and other official places that can clamp down on Walgreens and return your money to you. If Walgreens is not complying with the local Covid-19 mask rule, call your county executive's office and the health department.

Contacting Walgreens corporate is a total waste of time. Never take their surveys. The company is only interested in your money, not you. So glad I dumped Walgreens. Other places are much better. Shop elsewhere this holiday season and give Walgreens the heave-ho-ho-ho.

I'VE BEEN TRYNG TO KILL IT FOR YEARS!!

For years and years I have been looking for a way to get rid of our family hamster. Let me give you some exaples, electrocution i've tried, the car i've tried, the river with a sack...i've tried, GASOLINE!!! I'VE TRIED!!! Only last week I decided to buy some cholate from the store after I lost my baby weight of ten years. My friend Kristene (from the PTA) called me on the landline. I got up to answer the call and when I came back Tiddles McGee had eaten my candy bar ARGGGG! I really wanted the chocolate, it was only when I was beating it for eating the chocolate I realised... It was dead!!!

I shop at this mall from time to time and I usually get good services and help from the attendants here.

I purchased some pictures tonight from one of the kiosks here & everything was great. The guy who was helping us ended up leaving for the night before they printed off and said someone would be back there to grab them off the tray for us. 20 minutes later, no one is back there. My husband & I go to the front and ask the cashier (wish I would’ve got her name) if she could get our pictures for us. She replies “how do you know they’re back there?” With an attitude. I tell the lady there is no need to catch an attitude and tells me no one has an attitude but me. Honestly, I may have but I was frustrated and had been waiting a while. After a long spill about how she has other customers before us (which she did) that no one is in the store but her. (which was a lie because I called the manager when we left) my husband grabs the pictures off the tray and we take her the money. $10 in cash to be exact. The total was $7 and some change. She asks “how do you expect me to ring those up without an envelope?” I tell her I guess she isn’t going to because I’m in a hurry (I have a baby that my mom was watching so we could get Christmas shopping done) and she RUDELY screams at me and says I need to learn some patience and get out of her line and tells me I apparently have never worked in customer service (lol because I work in a call center) but, I end up giving her the money and we leave. I call to speak to the manager and she answers the phone and says “oh, I’m excited.” I HAVE NEVER IN MY LIFE. I’m not one to complain or leave a review but this girl was something. Fortunately, the manager got my name and has my change waiting on me in an envelope (I didn’t ask for it, but she is getting it. She was very nice & I appreciate all of her help. But, this was my first time doing any picture printing from here. CVS’ machines weren’t working when we went. Unfortunately, I will not be back after this.
