This is my 3rd time buying from Wall Words. I can't say enough about them. The 5 star Customer Service and the quality of the products. You can tell they don't use anything cheap.
They are so pleasant and made me feel very important and are so gracious.
We had a short deadline and needed it Fed Ex across the country in one day and they took care of it. They send me the tracking number after they personally dropped it off at Fed Ex.

Not only was I happy but my client was so happy she gave us more work and has referred us to a Fortune 500 company. WOW!!!

When we built a home 17 years ago, we ordered "It's a Wonderful Life!" and put it over our front door. After some water damage, we needed to repaint the foyer, and while I was dismayed to see the original Wall Words go, I was ecstatic to see I could order the exact same one again! Judey Rubio was amazing with her help, and even made a miniature wall word, that my 2 "40 something" children had to draw straws over!
The order was processed and shipped extremely fast, and so perfect. They are exceptionally easy to put on, and surprising that after 17 years, pretty easy to come off!

I could use a lot of WORDS to tell you about Wall Words! They are probably the best company I have had the pleasure of working with! I volunteer with a non profit that rescues homeless pets in the DC area. I worked with Judey for countless hours designing our mission statement and a welcome wall for all the come through our doors. She helped with sizing, font, color suggestions...did mock ups etc. Not only is the finished project PERFECT...it took us so little time to install it and the entire building changed in look and feel. I had used this company many years ago for various sayings I wanted on walls in my home but this was by far my favorite project...Oh and they also created magnets for us with our logo. Perfect customer service from start to the finished project.

Customer Service was wonderful and very customer-comes-first based. The company genuinely cared if I was happy with my product and it was of great quality. At a time when big businesses are taking the driver seat we need to support small businesses like Wall Words. They do great work. You won't be disappointed.
