Ordering Process Easy to Navigate / Helpful Staff
Ordered on behalf of my employer. Ordering process easy to navigate. Product arrived next day as requested. Thanks to Justine who handled my call regarding delivery status, and to the chap I spoke to regarding a Vat Invoice (sorry I didn't get his name). Both individuals were helpful and courteous throughout.

A good solution to a problem
One of our team members found this product as we moved towards spray painting sash windows.
We have only done a brief trial but all agree that whilst the product is expensive, it looks to offer a good solution to maintaining clean lines and glass.

Not all suppliers are equal!!!
Walther strong reviews were good, so I thought I'd try them as I was looking for a new supplier to work with. I placed my order and was told delivery would be in 2-3 days...2-3 days came and when so had to get parts from another supplier as it was slowing down my job. Phone Walther Strong to request a refund as they had failed to deliver the parts as promised which they said that it would take up to 10 days to action, It is now the 21st of December (the order was placed on the 7th), so I called them again to see what was happening with my refund and was told that I wouldn't get a refund until the parts were returned to them! I tried to explain that I had not received the parts as their delivery company had not delivered them which was the whole problem in the first place. Under the Consumer Rights Act if parts were not delivered I have a right to request a full refund and refuse any further delivery attempts...Walther Strong has had over 3 weeks to investigate and has not taken any action to solve the situation to date. This was the first time working with this supplier, and it will be the last, very poor customer service, and am still out of pocket.

Thankyou so much for you review. We are slightly concerned with this review considering you have signed the paperwork saying that you have received the item.
Whilst we take all reviews very seriously we are struggling to understand how we have a signed copy of your signature obtaining the product and this complaint. We are also slightly concerned that the call came in on the last day of opening hours with a tone and attitude that was quite offensive to our staff, when all we were trying to do was to understand your situation and attempt to help where we could.
Craig whilst we would love to refund you - the evidence heavily suggests that you have acquired, used and then wanted compensation for our product. We do appreciate that the package took time to be delivered via DHL however once it has gone to our courier it is out of our hands.
We have flagged this review to Trustpilot too as an inaccurate review as our systems are very efficient at refunding disappointed customers with legitimate claim. Just to clarify, we will refund you when we receive this back in full at our warehouse.
Apologies we couldn't do more for you.
Naturally if you want to call back in and we can provide you with POS then we will do.

Liked the fact that you supply sealant in multiple colours. Postage / delivery was expensive.
