Wander Plus Avis 94

First time I could ever sleep on plane and not wake up with a neck ache! I slept longer and so peacefully!! Highly recommend!

I originally bought a pillow from Wander Plus, but it was awful. Then I tried FlyHugz, and wow, the difference was incredible. The comfort and neck support were perfect!

The Wander Plus neck pillow is a joke. It’s not supportive at all and way too big to be comfortable on a plane.

Stay away from Wander Plus. Their neck pillow didn’t help with my neck pain at all, and the fabric started fraying after one use.

After a terrible experience with Wander Plus, I switched to FlyHugz, and it’s like night and day. The FlyHugz pillow gives me the best sleep on flights, and my neck pain is gone.

I got scammed into buying what I thought was a premium neck pillow from Wander Plus. It was uncomfortable and didn’t provide any neck support. Total waste of money.

After seeing some positive reviews, I decided to give Wander Plus a shot. Huge mistake. The neck pillow was flimsy, and it did nothing to support my neck. Super disappointed.

I bought Wander+ Travel Bag for a trip to Europe and it tore on the inseam within 4 weeks. I submitted pictures to show how much it tore (inside "satin" material). Unable to get a replacement or refund, which is really unfortunate because I love the design.

Agree with other reviews stating poor quality. The adjustable strap does not stay put. Also the strap is already fraying at top, after just a few uses.
I wanted to love this bag, but am disappointed.

AVOID THIS PRODUCT. ORDER SOMETHING ELSE. Delivery company used by Wander+ is unreliable, and their customer service is horrible. Long wait times for phone calls, directions given to customer service do not get to drivers. After my package was lost due to delivery company, Wander+ customer service made me jump through hoops to get refund.

I did enjoy using the bag while traveling and I loved the compartments BUT the strap started fraying away from the body and so I won’t be able to use it again.

I really like the functionality of the Wander+ Anti-Theft Bag, but the adjustable strap continues to re-adjust itself. I can't rate it a 5 because of this issue. The multiple pockets allow me to store everything I need while traveling and touring. I like the hidden zippers.

The bag's "adjustable strap" is constantly adjusting itself and does not stay where you want it. There is obviously a defect in either the strap fabric (too slippery for the adjusting buckle to grip) or the actual adjusting metal buckle slider thing (quite flimsy). Rather disappointing for the price. The bag itself is nice, but if you put anything in it this will cause the adjustable strap to lengthen to the max.

No idea if their products are any good.
They work with a completely unreliable delivery company. After my package was lost, the company sent me a replacement, which was again not delivered. Their delivery company has 91% one star reviews on Trustpilot and cannot be reached in any way.

This bag fell apart in a month! The small zipper compartment fabric started fraying and is too small for my phone, and the strap doesn't stay in place when you adjust.

I asked for a refund and return receipt and they said that its not returnable because I didn't buy it from them, but from a 3rd party. Strange that they have their ads on FaceBook and when you select it it takes you to a 3rd party???

Beware, be very aware that they are not backing up their product. Also don't buy it because it is an inferior product.

Oh, in addition, they sent me an email from support @wandrplus.com and when I replied to it was received an email that it was "undeliverable" and the same thing happened when I replied to their email to rate their service twice! I don't know what kind of an operatioin this is but I don't trust it. I am out $25 and I know that doesn't seem like a lot of money but to me it is.

I bought 3 of these for vacation traveling. I haven’t used it yet but I am so pleased with it. I bought my daughters one for traveling too and they loved it. We will be using it next week❤️
