We had an absolutely wonderful 16-day holiday through Peru, Buenos Aires, and Rio de Janeiro, and it was truly a trip to remember!

From start to finish, the Wanderful Holidays team was fantastic. Everyone was incredibly supportive, helpful, and attentive, making the entire journey feel seamless and stress-free. A very special shout-out to Amy S and Zufi N, who went above and beyond to make our trip so memorable. Their care, organization, and support made such a difference.

The tour guides and drivers throughout the trip were punctual, professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. They added so much to the experience and helped us appreciate every destination along the way.

And a very special mention to Eduardo, who deserves a medal! He quite literally carried me up to Machu Picchu when I needed the extra help. His kindness, patience, and dedication were incredible, and it’s a moment I will never forget!

From the breathtaking beauty and history of Peru, to the vibrant energy of Buenos Aires and the spectacular sights of Rio de Janeiro, every destination brought something special. The itinerary was packed with unforgettable experiences, yet the excellent organization from Wonderful Holidays made everything feel effortless.

Thank you to the entire Wonderful Holidays team, especially Amy S and Zufi N, and all the wonderful guides and drivers, for making our 16-day adventure so special.We came home with amazing memories, incredible photos, and a trip we will be talking about for years to come.

We had a fantastic and memorable Switzerland holiday arranged by **Wanderful Holidays**. The itinerary included some spectacular experiences, especially Mount Pilatus, Jungfraujoch and the beautiful panoramic train journeys.

A special thank you to **Zufi, Amy and the entire team** for their excellent communication and support throughout our trip. They stayed in regular contact, provided helpful updates and were always available whenever we needed assistance. Their support made travelling through multiple destinations easy and comfortable.

We shared a few suggestions regarding some of the hotel choices, and the team was very receptive to our feedback. Overall, the holiday was managed extremely well, and we returned with many wonderful memories.

Thank you once again to Zufi, Amy and everyone at Wanderful Holidays. We would happily travel with them again and recommend them to anyone planning a customised international holiday.

We have traveled twice now with this company, a two week trip to Italy and a five day trip to Montreal and Quebec city. The summer was Canada and what I love is I can email Hannah say this is where I wanna go. Here are some of the highlights I wanna see and then she puts together a very detailed itinerary where I can pick and choose activities. They arrange all the transportation to and from tours always find great local guides and communicate on the daily. What each day will bring.

For Tourradar and Wanderful Holidays --- BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!! Once you buy a package from them they will constantly try to sell you upgrades that sounds like a good deal but its a scam. We were offered to upgrade to 5 star hotels for $198 per person over the course of 9 days which we opt to purchase. NOTE they do not tell you which hotel until 4 weeks prior to your trip or where its located however it should typically be in the same area. From here we were offered private transfers instead of group shuttles for an additional cost, then an upgraded seat cost for the ferry transport listed in our package, and then a checked luggage fee for the short flight between locations that is not offered at the airport per the operator so basically it was our only window to get checked bag???,. The offers and upgrades were endless and adding up in cost. Later they informed us of our 5 star hotel name/locations and they were ridiculous! One was extremely dated with OLD furniture from the 80's literally, another one was 30 minutes from the previous hotel booked and far away from all the local attractions with nothing surrounding the hotel to do on your leisure time. Lastly the 5 star hotels were priced ALOT LESS than the hotels we originally had so they basically made MORE money off of us. We were so heartbroken, we requested to change back to our previous hotel and use our credits towards any of their upgrade offers. Long story short nothing was resolved. There were excuses towards the hotels chosen and the previous ones not being available even though they showed available online but for a higher cost that they were not willing to cover even after we paid an additional $400. We went back and forth and ended up disputing through our bank for a FULL refund which thankfully we were able to successfully do. DO NOT go for this SCAM!... There's also noticeably no bad reviews on their website!..

We had a wonderful trip with Wanderful to Argentina and Brazil. The Ragland communication was exceptional and the offerings for activities in the areas were so much fun. We saw Iguazu Falls from both the Argentina and Brazil sides, we had city sightseeing tours in both cities, a Tango show and dinner, jeep ride, and so many wonderful experiences. I will consider this company again when I am traveling! Zufi was particularly helpful! Thanks!

Just back from a wonderful trip to Peru and Brazil .Would like to thank Wanderful Holidays LLC, and special mention to Zufi, for making our trip stress free and straightforward . Every booking was managed perfectly and all tour confirmations ,boarding passes, and transfers were sent ahead of time. Zufi always checked in afterwards to make sure everything went smoothly and these check ins were much appreciated. One of our internal flights was cancelled and Zufi dealt with this efficiently and seamlessly and was able to get us on another flight instead, meaning our overall trip was not impacted. What could have been a stressful situation with a cancelled flight wasn't stessful at all, and we felt using Wanderful Holidays LLC was worth it for this flight change alone, as we would gave struggle making a new booking ourselves in a short space if time. Anytime throughout our trip, if we ever had a query there was someone at the end of a text, answered promptly. Thank you so much Zufi for making our holiday so enjoyable! We enjoyed your chats over WhatsApp, and for all your help throughout. It feels like we have made a new friend! Looking forward to our next trip with Wanderful Holidays LLC 😀

Just returned from my trip to Japan and the experience was outstanding with much of the credit going to the detailed itinerary and communications from the Wanderful Holidays team. We saw and did everything we wanted - the tour covered everything; it was a packed agenda. The tour guides- Jane, Riku, and Nomi- were amazing and catered to our desires. I was really impressed by the Wanderful Holidays team who checked in at EVERY single point throughout the trip, regardless of time zone. They had us covered and made sure every experience went well, every car/train transfer was seamless, and stayed one step ahead of us. They made sure there were no hiccups. It was beyond my expectations and I would highly recommend them to friends and family.

Incredible Switzerland & Italy Trip—Highly Recommend!
We recently returned from an amazing 15-day tour of Switzerland and Italy organized by Wanderful Holidays. Traveling as a family of four, the itinerary was perfect. We went from the stunning peaks of Titlis and Jungfrau to the scenic out-of-the-world Bernina Express, to the serene beauty of Lake Como, climbing up Leaning Tower of Pisa, walking down historic streets of Venice and Rome, ending with a relaxing stay on the Amalfi Coast.
What truly made the vacation special was the amazing teamwork and daily support we received:
* Sarah was great during the initial planning and booking process, helping us customize the itinerary to fit our requirements and group perfectly.
* Alberto stepped in closer to the trip to finalize all the details seamlessly, and Wendy gave us excellent local restaurant recommendations.
* Rose Amanda kept us perfectly on track during the tour by sending helpful daily messages with the next day's plan.
* Ronnie saved the day when we ran late and missed our bus for the Mount Titlis excursion. He immediately coordinated with us and the local ground team and got us connected with the tour at the mountain.
The 4-star hotels, transfers, and overall coordination were excellent. The team was highly responsive and reliable every single step of the way. We had an unforgettable experience and highly recommend Wanderful Holidays to anyone looking to plan a holistic and memorable European vacation!

Bangkok-Hanoi-Bali, very experienced travelers, 60+ countries.

The ONLY reason Wanderful gets 5-stars is because our last guide, Gday in Bali, was AMAZING! Our time with him was by far the highlight of our trip. He catered to our every need, was very flexible and fun. Each stop we made, the dance, waterfalls, rice terraces, monkeys, coffee tours, al exceeded our expectations. Between the airport pickup and hotel drop-off he even planned a special beach feast for my incredible wife's birthday, complete with a personalized cake and fireworks. It was so special!!! HE was amazing.

Wanderful is not

They did a poor job of organizing tours on the ground, did an even worse job of communicating details about those tours even when we begged for information beforehand. Once, when I realized there was little detail and I asked for more they replied, "We already sent it to you." And, they book the very cheapest hotels with fake star ratings.

The hotels-Hanoi we upgraded and paid out of pocket when we got tired of hearing hotel neighbors puking through paper thin walls at a 2-star (at best) hotel. Bali, for just a few dollars more we moved from a block off the beach, to a hotel on the beach. By the time we finally got details, we were on our trip rebooking our stays and getting lame excuses when they refused us refunds. Hanoi was the only stop we were given an opportunity to upgrade, and we're so glad we did. Book your own hotels.

The tours- just skip whatever they plan. They are the cheapest tours available, they even booked the same (horrible cheap) tours for us twice on successive days then blamed us for the error. Book your own tours through Viator. Don't expect refunds.

Flights-ugh, didn't even give us the option to upgrade. Give me a chance and a price! We did that on our own when we saw last row seating confirmations.

Things they did well airport/hotel drop-off and pick up. Otherwise, except for Gday...our exceptional guide in Bali... we could have done better ourselves.

I am a repeat customer of Wanderful holidays. My most recent tour was with my family to Portugal. The hotels we stayed were fantastic, the transfers and drivers were all on time and the guides selected were knowledgeable and interesting! Everyone in our group (from 87yrs down to 18yrs) had a wonderful experience.
The wineries selected were amazing with gorgeous views of the valley. Our tour was flexed for an additional day and the company accommodated the change with ease.
We had the main itinerary and information ahead of the trip. We were kept up to date and given all info for pickups, where to meet, etc the night before.
Any questions or feedback the team back home was responsive and helped make adjustments.
I cant recommend them enough!

Very well organized with excellent communication. The tours were informative with knowledgeable guides and offered a variety of activities including visits to historical sites, wine and food tasting and scenic photo ops. We had a semi private tour and so we were picked up at our hotel by a driver most mornings as this was included in the price of the tour package. However, we would have also preferred to be dropped off at our hotel at the end of each tour. The hotels we stayed in were very nice. The one in Lisbon was a bit far from the main activities and so it was a bit inconvenient. The tour operator was also flexible in changing parts of our tour; we were able to change islands in the Azores leg of our tour. Overall, we felt well taken care of and enjoyed all the activities that were offered.

Our trip was perfect! Everything ran smoothly and all our guides were knowledgeable, fun and prompt! shout out Gede(Bali) and Abby(Bangkok)!!
We had one issue with a hotel that was below standard so we upgraded at our cost and when we informed Wanderful, they refunded half the cost! Great company! Highly recommend!

In May 2026 my sis and I embarked on a 12-day train tour of Switzerland offered by Wanderful Holidays that included overnights in Zurich, Lucerne, Lugano, St. Moritz, Zermatt, Montreux and Interlaken. Initially, we thought we’d signed up for a small group tour of 2-10 people, but in actuality it was an independent tour with daily text support from the Wanderful team via WhatsApp. Wanderful coordinated the hotel and train/boat/coach arrangements (which included the Burnina Express, Gotthard Panorama Express and the Glacier Express) and included two all-day tours (Zurich and Jungfraujoch), but otherwise we were on our own. Our 14-day Swiss Travel Pass (included) allowed us free transport on most trains, buses and trams, plus hefty discounts on some excursions such as the Gornergrat Railway in Zermatt and the Chillon Castle in Montreux, although we only discovered this via online blogs since Wanderful appeared not to know this when I asked them about it. The tour description also alluded to the inclusion of train/hotel transfers, but when we reached out to confirm this ahead of the trip we were informed that most transfers were not included. After calling out the misleading/confusing transfer descriptions in the tour description, they offered us a package with all transfers included for an additional $129 per person. The transfers made a significant difference in making our trip stress-free. We also downloaded the Swiss SBB app, entered all our train trips, and the app let us know what platform we would depart/arrive on, the minutes between train transfers, and if there were any delays or issues. We highly recommend the app for anyone traveling by train in Switzerland; the trains were very easy to navigate.
With the exception of the Zurich hotel, which was not in a walkable neighborhood (and 20-min by tram to Old Town), all the hotel properties were lovely, walkable, and each upgraded us to a balcony view of mountains or lake (or both). A good breakfast buffet was included at each property, and we took advantage of the neighborhood food co-ops to grab snacks and ready-made sandwiches/salads to keep our food costs down. The train/hotel transfers were mostly seamless, except for our Zurich arrival when we couldn’t find our driver. However, if we had a chance for a do-over, we would’ve opted for fewer cities so that we could have spent more time exploring.
The Wanderful Holidays team was exceptional (Rose Amanda, Wendy, Sarah). They kept us up-to-date constantly about driver pickups, train transfers, walking directions, and always provided a local “emergency” phone number in the event of any issues. We can’t say enough good things about the team. Our only constructive criticism would be for Wanderful to revisit how they market the tour, and to be in touch with clients in advance with suggestions about air travel options since we didn’t initially realize we’d be traveling by train 2.5 hours to return to Zurich on the final day. Because of the unclear marketing and the lack of early communication for trip planning, we are giving Wanderful 4 stars vs 5 for this trip.

We enjoyed our recent tour with Wanderful Holidays, The excursions were great and very enjoyable. Our private transfers were vey helpful. All of our hotels were top notch. It was a great vacation.

We had 10 days in Europe recently. The company was very helpful in adding additional tours and guides at the last minute to make our experience better.
Any issues that came up were resolved to our satisfaction, and there guidance in WhatsApp was invaluable.

Amazing holiday in Italy, the organisers took care of all my travel and hotels, the tour in Rome was good while short, only complaint is it was advertised for full day tour but was only half day. Florence was a Gem, beautiful city, amazing day trips organised, San Gimignano and Monteriggioni were the highlights for me, our tour guides were good and kept things moving. Lastly Venice was a gorgeous city, my tour guide Denise was phenomenal, absolutely loved my time with her, she was knowledgeable, interactive, answered any and all my questions, and was a joy to be around, couldn't praise her enough!

Easy booking, great locations, amazing day trips, great tour guides, Denise in particular, it's a holiday I will never be forgetting!!

This was my second time working with Wanderful Holidays in two years, and it keeps getting better. Their team was with me from the beginning to the end, providing daily updates and details of each day. They replied quickly to my questions and concerns through WhatsApp while I was traveling solo. Wanderful Holidays didn't just sign me up and leave me hanging during the trip. Exploring Central Europe (Hungary, Austria, and the Czech Republic) was worth it, thanks to their travel team.
