I am thoroughly impressed with WantItAll. I placed an order for an international item on 18 December and they promised delivery within 20 working days. Despite the busy holiday season, they stuck to their word perfectly, delivering my package on 16 January. The tracking updates were fantastic—I was kept informed every step of the way, from the item arriving at their USA offices to clearing JHB customs. It is rare to find an importer that sticks to their timeline so precisely. Highly recommended!

It can't be that the return policy you guys use requires a 35 % of the value the product. It absolutely doesn't make sense especially for such an expensive sale when the shipping of such a small product will actually cost so much less.

I am afraid that the shipping to the US supplier, as well as the restocking, are often more than the fee we charge for consumer remorse returns.

I am afraid, as communicated t you, our delivery times are 10 to 20 working days - at time it does stretch to the longer cycle, especially over periods like the festive season after Christmas itself.
I am afraid your calculations are not entirely accurate considering the public holidays and general slowdown.

Excellent Service
My order arrived in about a month which is fantastic, considering it was the festive season. It was well packaged and arrived in great condition. Every step of the journey to South Africa and eventually my home, I received updates on my order. I'll be using WantItAll again.

Packaging of product was below par. A fitted cap that is packaged in a plastic does not ensure its shape in transit. It should be packaged in a box to keep the form as New Era does.
