Our apologies for any perceived delay, we are currently in communication with the manufacturer to confirm exact sizing. Th initial sizing confirmed in consultation with yourself is clearly incorrect, and any replacement resolution would be problematic without correct selection.

As was communicated to you in our correspondence, no such out of stock communication was ever sent. The order was processed exactly as requested, with the item ordered being the exact order received. It was also in line with our delivery times, as advertised clearly at multiple points in the search and ordering process.
I personally did try my best and appease any disappointment, despite the fact that nothing actually wrong was done by Wantitall, by offering possible resolutions - which were ignored. It is distressing, but if you have decided this was somehow in bad faith, and will not engage in a resolution - then there is little we can do.

Real time delivery test
So i have ordered yesterday from wantitall. My guideline for recieving the product is betweem 19th March and 2nd April. Lets see when the product arrives and i will let you know.

Its the 19th March and i have been informed the order is waiting clearance at jonurg customs. So far so good.

Excellent service experience
I initially had some misgivings re dealing with WantitAll due to so many bad reviews. My recent experience was however completely different. The item ordered online arrived well within the estimated period, and the tracking system kept me updated perfectly. I conclude that WantitAll improved their service model which is commendable in my experience.
