Prompt delivery and as i had made a mistake with my order I can also say the the refund was dealt with quickly and with no fuss.

The item was delivered promptly and was as expected.

Prompt Delivery. Excellent Coral Fleece Throw, I have bought these heated throws before, I like the Extra Large as you can really snuggle underneath them. They save you a fortune in heating, they run at 150 watts per hour at full setting which you will never use, I like to be warm, of the ten settings I start off at 5 or 6 and once heated, I generally reduced the setting to 3 or 4. I prefer the Coral Fleece as it keeps looking smarter for longer than the Sherpa fleece, in my opinion.

Unfortunately the electric blanket developed a fault and stopped working after two months use and was returned to Warmer Blankets.

The blanket broke in the first week

The controller unit was faulty and the supplier has not responded to my request for a replacement or refund.

But the item I ordered from you the electrical blanket was at fault?
When I pug the replacement item in it blew the blanket controller so it was not your fault.

I purchased the electric blanket and less than a year later it stopped working bearing in mind its only used in winter, I was given another one and thought that was great but I have since purchased two more controllers and now another one has blown. I will just give up on it now I can't keep buying controllers.

This blanket is a good fit for our double bed, like the duel heat controls

I bought a heated throw and this is the third time the remote has broken down. I was told it must be the blanket but some controllers have lasted longer than others, so not incline to accept the company's excuse.

Ties to the mattress are useless; one tag snapped, and a rigmarole getting straps under the mattress. Is the company not aware of using elastic straps on the corners? The cable is too short, all this, and it is not the cheapest on the market. Also, having to set the timer every time. All in all, I am sorely disappointed in this product.

First time to use this company. Easy to order. Delivered in a couple of days and is brilliant these cold nights.
