We can't thank this company enough
We can't thank this company enough for arranging new loft Insulation & a replacement boiler. The 2 guys that fitted the loft insulation were very good, they were polite & very professional. They explained everything thoroughly & they done an excellent job, clearing all their mess up afterwards. We can highly recommend TNA Plumbing and Heating Ltd for doing an excellent job with the boiler installation. Again these guys were very efficient, friendly & very professional. They arrived in the morning & worked none stop until the job was completed, clearing up their mess & taking away the old heating system. Very happy all round 😊

The boys were officiant and tidy with there work. The full process was quick from start to finish . There was a slight issue with existing pipe work and the boys came out that day to rectify it .

Very Happy!
The company that fitted the boiler (OJ Gas and Heating) was excellent. Lovely friendly guys, polite, punctual and professional. The loft insulation was done by another company who I wasn’t as pleased with. Language and communication was a real barrier and this made me feel out of control of the process. I now have an extractor fan in my bathroom which (in my opinion) could’ve been put in a much more discreet place than in the middle of my wall. I feel that I should’ve been asked before a giant hole was drilled right through my outside wall! I worried about the ECO4 Scheme being too good to be true, but I was eligible, and am very pleased with my new top of the range Worcester Bosch boiler and portable thermostat. Thanks Warmer Homes!

Having the warmer home grant has been…
Having the warmer home grant has been really beneficial, my boiler didn't work and with the colder months looming I was worried, it was easy to arrange and they sent someone out to me very fast, from the initial email enquiry to the boiler being fitted was all less than a month and I now have heating that works, the boiler looks good too. I couldn't praise it more, I am so happy to have stumbled across the scheme and very grateful.

bad experience, Leakey ceiling, messy job
I had bad experience with them, had leak from the ceiling which left the marks. radiator valves were installed badly and not working. Did messy job and left all the rubbish at my front door.
After many phone calls, someone came to inspect the work and made promise to correct the issues but no one turned up.
