Mike did identify my boiler’s problems very quickly and came up with solution after two other unsuccessful attempts by others including British Gas, previously two years ago. He, very skillfully dismantled different elements and cleaned the boiler. He is very professional and skillful. He also sorted a leak in the boiler a few days ago.
I would recommend to contact Warmflame gas service before you decide to change your boiler!

Warmflame gas have been servicing my boilers for over 10 years. Mike Hertel is always reliable & punctual, sending texts to indicate time of arrival. He is very polite & gives clear explanations of what he is doing & what else might need doing in future. For example, when my old boiler needed replacing his advice was excellent, installation quick & the house was left clean.

Mike responded quickly to a request to look at a job. Advised what he would do to correct the problem and within a couple of hours we received the estimate for the job. Once we accepted the estimate the job was completed by Ben a couple of days later.
Both Mike and Ben were respectful of our property. We would have no problem recommending them.

I have used this company for several years now as I find them very reliable for any issues I’ve had when it comes to the boiler, they came to do the Annual boiler check and they also came back the next day to install a new kitchen tap as I mentioned the old one was faulty, great service as always!
