From the initial survey report to the finished installation this company is very professional. Every question answered leaving me feeling confident that I was in good hands. Nothing was too much trouble for them. I am very happy with my new heat pump and would recommend this company to everyone.

If you are in any doubt of which company to use, then dont hesitate and use Warmgb for your heat pump; you are in very safe hands. They have indepth knowledge and can answer any technical questions you have .When surveying your property Andy has up to date equipment making the calculations for what size heat pump and radiators you need, quick and accurate. The team are professional, very polite and very respectful to your property( leaving it clean and taking away every scrap of rubbish). They work incredibly hard and nothing is too much trouble. And then they are on hand remotely if you need help operating the heat pump. First class company. A rare find.

We recently had a Panasonic air conditioning system installed by Warm GB, consisting of five indoor units, and we couldn’t be happier with the service from start to finish.

The team arrived promptly on the first day and took the time to explain exactly what work would be carried out and how the installation would proceed. Their attention to detail was impressive from the outset—they carefully laid plastic sheets over all carpeted areas to protect our home and treated everything with great care and respect.

The installation itself was completed to an exceptionally high standard. Everything was kept clean and tidy throughout, and the finished result looks fantastic, with no visible cables and a very neat, professional finish.

What stood out most was how polite, courteous, and professional Andy, Adam and team were throughout the project. They were clearly highly skilled, took real pride in their work, and ensured everything was completed to the highest possible standard.

After using GB Solar for my solar panels and battery storage and had an excellent experience there, I turned to Warmgb to upgrade my heating system. To put it simply WOW.
As with GB Solar, Warm gb were brilliant to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble. I found new radiators on line and Andy dealt with them directly and arranged for delivery when the work started. Andy also chased them up when brackets were missing. The two guys Adam and Matt who fitted the new air source heat pump, radiators hot water cylinder and pipes were first class. Polite, knowledgeable kept everything tidy very professional.
They worked really late one evening to get the system up and running. Everybody involved has pride in their work.
Now the system is up and running the heating system is fantastic. Every room is warm and comfortable. All can be monitored on an app of course, but we have the thermostat in the living room set at 19• 24hours and it just works.

Based on my experience this is the way forward. I would highly recommend Warm GB

WarmGB, and notably Andy, have proven what excellent customer service and quality mean. We was renovating a house and approached WarmGB and other companies over installing an ASHP as we was unsure on the relatively new tech. Andy by far was the standout person, using his vast experience, he described, understood and gave us options that even with many of my silly questions even answered outside of his working day. The price was the most competitive and time to start was quick. Installation done within the week by his friendly team, we did need a couple of minor tweaks to suit our lifestyle habits after which Andy helped us sort out. We are really pleased we went with WarmGB and with our ASHP, the house is always warm and in the year we have had it, noticed our heating price go down to. Next on the list is solar panels! Couldnt fault Andy and WarmGB, and we fully recommend this great local company.

Andy, came out straight away, to help us connect to the internet for our air source heat pump and explained everything. The air source heat pump is fantastic and the company can’t do enough for you , just wish I found them ages ago, would definitely recommend!

Warmgb have recently fitted a heat pump for us.. We have to say the whole experience was extremely positive.. From day one we found Andy and the team very professional and respectful of us and our property. Nothing was too much trouble. As I was unsure of the benefits of this type of heating system Andy spent time, over and above, explaining how everything worked, his depth of knowledge reassured me that we would be warm and have enough hot water..

Extremely knowledgeable and helpful.
We are toasty warm with loads of hot water.
We have had an air source heat pump fitted with solar panels and battery storage.
The whole thing seems to be working well and actual electricity provided by the grid is down to a minimum.
It is early days but so far we are very pleased.
The team are very helpful in terms of advising and guiding us through the process of understanding and operating the system.

I had a Warm GB heat pump and GB Solar installation in November 2024.
For an " oldie" the understanding of the process and technology took some getting to grips with but the team made it all very easy and I am now reaping the reward of living in a super toasty house that in the summer months is costing nothing to run!
There were the inevitable teething problems in integrating the new system to an older system but these were all dealt with immediately and professionally.
I would recommend the Warm GB and GB Solar combination to everyone.

Having used Warm GB’s sister company GB Solar for battery storage, we got Andy in to design a heat pump system for us! Andy was thorough and incredibly knowledgeable about how he would maximise efficiency of the system. I naturally did a lot of research regarding heat pumps as there has been a lot of negative press towards them but what I learned was that the most important thing about heat pumps is the person who designs your heating system, bespoke to your home. Andy has done a cracking job and so far after a month of use I have a cop of 4.5 on the hot water which is the hard part so I am expecting some excellent results come winter when we use the heating side of it.

After sales service has been great too which is where a company really earns its reputation, I was abroad for much of the installation and when I came back, Andy came back and walked with me to see if there was any issues, I pointed out a couple of minor issues and they were immediately rectified.

I would wholeheartedly recommend WarmGB for your heat pump!

from start to finish they were very informative and professional guiding us through the entire installation. warmgb completed all the bus paperwork for us. during the installation the work was carried out to a very high standard and the guys were very respectful of our property. even after the works were completed Warmgb still kept in touch to make sure we were happy with the system, even remote monitoring how the system ran to make sure it was functioning as efficiently as possible. so over all a fantastic experience.

First class service, well communicated and continue to be readily available at any request. The install was first class and the team keep it touch if they observe any concerns or opportunity’s centrally If I get a full install again in the future they will be the business I choose to use I have had a full air course heat pump systems as well as a solar panel and battery storage kit. Would highly recommend the team.
